2. Choice of wine: The wine you choose should be based on your physical condition. It is generally believed that 50 ~ 60% yellow rice wine and high-quality shochu are more suitable for soaking medicinal liquor. Because the concentration of wine is too low, the effective components are not easy to leach, which will affect the effect and the prepared medicinal liquor is easy to deteriorate; When the concentration of wine is too high, a small amount of water contained in the medicinal materials is absorbed, which makes the Chinese medicinal materials hard and the effective components are difficult to separate out. For people who are not good at drinking, low-alcohol liquor, yellow wine and rice wine can also be used, but the leaching time and times should be appropriately extended and increased.
3. Cold soaking method: this method is commonly used. Pulverizing medicinal materials into pieces or coarse powder, and putting into nonmetallic containers, such as pottery, porcelain jar with lid or glass bottle with stopper. If the dosage of liquor is not specified in the prescription, it can be soaked in1:1:5, that is, 100 ~ 200 g of medicinal materials and 1000 ml of liquor, placed in a closed place and shaken 1 ~ 2 times a day. The residue can be soaked in wine 1 time, and the method of drinking 1 cup and adding 1 cup can be adopted until the medicine tastes weak. If you need to add sugar or honey to wine, you can dissolve sugar in the same amount of white wine, filter it, mix it with sugar solution, and then filter it to drink.
