food

200g asparagus.

Leg meat 50g

A little oil, salt, sauce, vinegar, cooking wine.

Ginger, a little garlic

Methods/steps

Wash asparagus with clear water, then cut off the older roots and asparagus flowers at the tail and slice them obliquely.

Open the induction cooker, add a proper amount of water, add a little salt and vinegar, put asparagus slices in blanching water for a while, take them out after blanching, filter them in cold water, drain them for later use, and add a little salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar, etc. Marinate it for a while, so it will be more delicious when fried.

It's better to fry asparagus with lard, which is more like frying. Prepare a small piece of leg meat, peel it and cut it into thin slices.

Wash the pan, drain the water stains, add a little oil, add a little shredded ginger and minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, then add asparagus and stir-fry.

Stir-fry for a while and then put it on both sides, leaving a blank in the middle. Add a little leg meat to the frying oil and fry some fat. You can also fry in the front for a while, then pour in asparagus slices and stir fry.

Later, add a little salt, soy sauce, cooking wine, vinegar and other seasonings, stir well, taste, and turn off the heat when appropriate!
