In July, I went home after a holiday, and I still insisted on running every day. Later, I signed up for a jazz dance class, dancing for an hour and a half every Monday to Friday, sweating like a pig, and practicing butt and chest. I go hiking and running during the weekend dance class holiday. Weighing about 52, I have yogurt+eggs+vegetarian buns for breakfast and broccoli+purple potatoes for lunch almost every day.
