Reaction: I ate half a white radish in the afternoon, and some wanted to defecate, but they couldn't pull it out. The lips cracked and fell off, and the corners of the mouth began to cry again. I finally see signs of recovery. I have recovered from yesterday. Several parts of the body have symptoms of detoxification reaction. My right ear rang last night, and I woke up this morning to meditate. There was a slight pain in an affected part of the lower abdomen before, so I couldn't feel it if I didn't pay attention.
12.2 ~ Day 6

Reaction: I didn't eat at noon, not intentionally, but I was not hungry and forgot. Cleft lip and persistent tinnitus. Don't defecate, don't feel defecate. I drank more water at noon than before. When I accompany my daughter to a restaurant for dinner, I feel a little like eating when I see something I like, just because of the taste. But I have no appetite and I'm not hungry.
12.3 ~ the seventh day of detoxification

After seven days of detoxification, I lost 6 pounds this time, which is easier than the first detoxification. Although I carefully prepare my own dinner every night, it is delicious, but I don't need a strong desire for control. Because there is always a feeling of fullness in the stomach. There were several symptoms before, which was a normal detoxification reaction. And then gradually dissipate. Detoxification is not only slimming, but also makes me really feel the lightness and comfort of my body after the toxin is discharged. Not only did it change the symptoms of dizziness when I didn't eat a meal before, but my gastrointestinal function was getting better and better.
