However, due to various subjective and objective factors, such as time, environment, teachers and so on. The idea of asking everyone out to exercise has not been well implemented.

Until more than a month ago, a friend who loves sports and specializes in organizing various large-scale activities came to me and said that he wanted to hold a large-scale sports carnival, gather professional teachers and find a suitable sports venue, so that everyone could come out to exercise!

However, I am really worried that my friends will lose money to promote everyone's sports, although it is realistic to talk about money.

I analyzed many reasons why the number of people may be less than expected, but the enthusiasm and blood of my friends did not decrease, so I decided to devote myself wholeheartedly.

In order to do a good job in the activity, we saw several interview details, and each small link was repeatedly scrutinized and communicated by telephone at any time. Here's the thing. Slowly, this activity has finally arrived today and can be formally introduced to you.

Exercise together

This is a simple idea, and we and all the coaches are committed to it.

What's so special about this activity that it is different from other activities? The biggest special feature is that it is a sports course designed entirely by unarmed sports. I've always been a busy person after a break, and I really want to go to the gym, but time and environment don't allow me to spend a few hours exercising every day, or can't I exercise without equipment?

Wrong, the body is the best exercise equipment. As long as you learn the correct way of unarmed exercise, no matter at home, office, park or even anywhere, the whole city can become your gym.

Second, you don't have to pay any annual fee, and you can also attend the most professional coaching courses. In this course, I have specially found many coaches with very deep qualifications and rich teaching experience to teach you the correct exercise. Don't need 2000, 1500, 1000. As long as you use a very cheap price, you can learn how to exercise safely and correctly with your bare hands. After learning, you can take what you have learned home and continue to do it, not limited by space and environment, so that you can learn how to do it at home.

Thirdly, I can enjoy playing sports together. I like playing sports with my friends very much, but I can't take my friends with me because many places don't join clubs. This course is to hope that everyone can find friends or family to play with and enjoy sports.

After a break, I specially arranged a double course with the doll coach. You can find friends, girlfriends, husbands, wives and even your favorite objects to experience the fun of sports together.

Fourth, the most hope of rest is that through such courses, everyone can learn how to arrange their own sports courses correctly and safely and carry out effective sports at home. Exercise is very happy, but it is also unpleasant to have sports injuries. Although there is a risk of sports injury as long as you exercise, learning the correct exercise style can help us minimize the risk, not to mention that even if you don't exercise, there are a lot of risks in your daily life!

Next, let's take a break and introduce the teacher part.

This time, I specially invited the most professional dragon coach and doll coach to match with me, with the coach as the main part and the rest as the supplement, to design the curriculum. The rest of the courses will mainly focus on basic unarmed fitness. There are many large muscle groups in the human body. Training sessions are mainly arranged according to muscle groups, such as chest muscles, abdominal muscles, back muscles, arms, legs, cores and other different muscle groups, to teach you how to do actions correctly and achieve the most effective results.

There are two classes in the rest section, single and double. For the rest, I specially invited coach Shenlong, who won the overall championship of classical bodybuilding in Hong Kong International Bodybuilding Championship last year, to help you with your class. Coach Shenlong's specialty is physical transformation, which is what coach Shenlong is best at. The most important thing is that coach Shenlong only trains coaches now, and does not do private education. This time, I specially asked him to have a rest and help you with your class. If you want to learn how to start exercising correctly, so can you.

The doll coach's course will focus on training in pairs. The doll coach is a good partner for normal training after rest. He is good at encouraging people and deceiving people. This design is to hope that everyone can find a partner during exercise, which is more interesting and more urging. You can go with your own friends or family.

We will teach you interesting and fun double training to make the exercise process more interesting and challenging. In addition to unarmed training, this class will also join elastic belt's training. Elastic band is a very cheap and effective tool. If you want to strengthen the intensity of action in family training, elastic belt is a very good and cheap exercise tool, so that you can achieve very effective training even with simple equipment when exercising at home.

Buffer core curriculum

This class specially invited an experienced Krista tutor who is now in charge of training coaches to teach the core courses that girls like. For sports, core muscle strength is the foundation of sports. Whether you like running, doing weight, playing basketball, volleyball or any sport, the ability of core muscle groups is an indispensable part. Having good core muscle group ability can help you to be more stable during exercise. The core courses on the mat combine different types of sports, such as yoga, pilates and dance. This course can help you learn how to improve the strength, softness and balance of your whole body muscles.

Advanced course of muscle endurance

Sports injury is probably the most feared thing in sports. This course invites King Kong coach with 15 years of teaching experience to teach you how to further enhance muscle endurance by unarmed exercise. Coach King Kong specializes in sports protection and will teach you how to exercise your muscle endurance to the limit in the safest situation.
