Angel Tong designed this three-day diet for Lin Chi-ling, but it is said that it is a first-aid method. This meal can make you lose weight faster, but you can't eat it every day. 1. Do not drink any cold drinks for three days, and drink more than 10 cups of warm water or tea every day.

Lin Chi-ling's seven principles of losing weight.
