At first, I went to reduce yoga to lose weight. I practiced aerial yoga and bought a batch of cards with my colleagues, which is close to work. I have been there more times, and I found that my figure is getting better, and I gradually like this kind of sports. Many people around me can't keep going, and they won't go for a few times. I always insist on going 2-3 days a week, going more often when I have time, and going once when I don't have time.
Later, I brought my best friend into the pit, and the two of us practiced together, which was more fun, and there was no doubt that there were more black history (dumbfounding? )
I remember the first time I took her to the experience class, she was forced to warm up with us and then looked at the teacher with admiration. That expression is similar to that of a flower addict. I secretly photographed her appearance, thus adding a history of blackening her. Of course, I want to teach her some basic movements patiently, and she feels quite fulfilled when she practices.
After she is familiar with the rhythm of the course and has mastered the skills, we can do actions together and let the teacher take videos and photos for us, which is full of happy memories. Sometimes they will fight together to see who can learn new moves faster, and those who lose will be invited to go shopping for dinner. Spitting at each other, teasing each other, sometimes being yourself quietly, sometimes being silly. I always feel that practicing yoga is a very happy thing.
However, there will be injuries. Once, I pulled my left leg while stretching my tendons and couldn't walk. Fortunately, I have classes with my best friend. She sent me home, but I didn't have to pretend anything. If it hurts, it hurts directly. If you don't want to move, don't move. Although she vomited all the way back, my heart was still warm. After all, both of them are very familiar with each other and have been hanging out together. It's really warm to have a girlfriend with them like this.
