1 is an emergency management service in windows system, referred to as EMS. This service enables administrators to interact with unavailable computers through the usual network mechanism. For example, an administrator can use EMS to restart a computer or start and stop processes and services.

2. To start this service, just run the cmd command prompt with administrator privileges, and then execute the following command:

Bcdedit /ems on

Description: /ems is a parameter, and on means on. The whole command means that the current operating system startup item EMS is set to ON.

To delete this project, after entering Win7 system, click Start-All Programs-Accessories-Run (or the shortcut key win+R), enter MSConfig and press enter, open Configuration Manager, select Windows setup in the Boot tab, click Delete, and finally confirm.
