After using the computer for a period of time, it starts more and more slowly. Instead of always reinstalling the system, you can try the following methods:

1. Open the start menu, select the control panel program, select the power option in the pop-up dialog box, and then enable the advanced power management program.

2. Some fragments in the computer disk should be arranged regularly. Open the "My Computer" icon on the desktop, right-click the drive to be defragmented, select Properties, Tools, Disks, open the Disk Defragmentation dialog box, and select "Defragment" in "Analysis", and the system will do it automatically.

3. Don't press the power switch directly every time you turn it off, but choose the power off button. Close all programs before shutting down to reduce the damage to the computer.
