Yangquan Gymnasium is located at No.452, South Street, Yangquan. 1985 started construction, and 1989 was completed and put into use. It covers an area of 32,000 square meters, with a building area of14,000 square meters. It is a landmark building with magnificent appearance, unique shape and distinctive sports characteristics. It is the largest sports competition, national fitness and leisure entertainment in Yangquan City.

The main gymnasium has a building area of 7,837 square meters and can accommodate 3,700 spectators. The museum is equipped with wooden floor, lighting, acoustics, electronic scoreboard and hydraulic lifting basketball stand certified by CBA in China, which can be used for basketball, volleyball, tennis, gymnastics, handball, badminton and table tennis.
