Therefore, students of Chongqing Young Eagle Program need to participate in training and practical activities. The Young Eagles Program is a special organization established by Chongqing Youth Innovation Institute on 20 12. It started the Young Eagles Training Program for Chongqing's young innovative talents and was included in the key research project of Chongqing's education planning.
