Sit down and put down the devil.

The correct posture of meditation is good for both body and mind, otherwise it will lose the meaning of meditation. When you meditate, relax first, don't be nervous, and you'd better sit in pairs. This is the basic sitting posture. What is a double seat? Is to put the left leg on the right leg first, and then move the right leg to the left leg, also known as king kong sit, which means steady. In the past, all Buddhas were transformed into Buddhas by King Kong. This sitting method can subdue demons and stop heresy. When they saw this sitting method, they backed down and did not dare to make trouble.

When you sit down, keep your eyes on your nose, don't look around. The so-called "eyes look at the nose, the nose looks at the mouth, and the mouth looks at the heart" to hold the body and mind, bind the soul, and prevent it from running outward. The so-called "single-mindedness is the spirit, disagreement is the disadvantage", you should sit up straight, that is, your waist should be straight, your head should be straight, and you should not lean forward or lean back; Don't lean to the left, don't lean to the right, just like a big clock, slow and steady. Don't swing like a pendulum. Only by sitting in a double position can we conform to the meditation posture. I'm not used to learning Zen, and my legs are sore and my back is sore. Never mind, just bite the bullet and bear it for a while. After a long time, there will naturally be no such phenomenon. The so-called "sitting for a long time with Zen" naturally leads to Zen.

It is easy to settle down by sitting still.

The double squat posture is to put the left leg on the right leg, and then move the right leg to the left leg, because the left leg belongs to yang and the right leg belongs to yin. During meditation, the left leg is yang and the right leg is yin. It seems that infinity gives birth to Tai Chi, and Tai Chi gives birth to two devices (yin fish and yang fish), which is also the same reason. For convenience, the left leg is at the bottom and the right leg is at the top. There is no fixed method, but it is decided according to personal habits. You don't have to stick to this posture.

Teaching the left leg to press the right leg is just one way. This is not a hard and fast rule. It has to be. In short, sitting on the ground is to teach you to settle down easily. Sit down if you can, whether you sit down or not. There is no delusion in the meditation realm and no distractions in the heart. If you can live, sit, lie, think and be spotless, then you are studying hard, not necessarily sitting there.

The official meditation is that the feet don't hurt.

Learn to sit still. At first, if your feet are hard and hurt badly, you can sit easily; It is convenient to learn the list after sitting down; After a single kick, the foot is not so painful, so you can learn to double kick; When you can sit still and your feet don't hurt, meditation officially begins. There was nothing to find something to do in meditation. For example, when monks have a full stomach, enough sleep and warm clothes, they meditate and "play the world" when they have nothing else to do.

Duan Ran sat impartial.

The basic posture of meditation, the body should be straight, the sitting posture should be correct, impartial and not backward; But don't be artificial, be natural, the tip of your tongue is on the palate, and if there is saliva, you can swallow it. Saliva into the stomach can reconcile qi and blood.

Treat all diseases with manna water

During meditation, the tip of the tongue touches the upper jaw, and sometimes there is a lot of saliva that can be swallowed. This is called "nectar water". Why? Because I have been sitting in meditation for a long time, my saliva is sweet. Although not as strong as sugar or honey, it is slightly sweet. People often drink this kind of nectar, and they are not hungry without eating or drinking. Even if you don't know how to do it, how to live, how to sit and how to lie, Kung Fu will become one, always in the middle. The so-called "Naga is always in the middle, whether there is time or not."

Manna water can cure all diseases, strengthen the body and open your wisdom, but you must always study hard and never stop. Why don't monks talk much? Because you should study hard, whether it is chopping wood and carrying water, welcoming guests, going in and out, you are studying hard. Skilled in kung fu, airtight. He will study hard if he doesn't want to, and he will take part in Who is chanting Buddha if he doesn't want to. Speaking of the wind can't blow, the rain can't penetrate, the kung fu is in fragments, and the wind and rain can't get in.

Of course, this kind of kung fu can't be practiced overnight, so we should always take it to heart. Mana water is also called "home water"; Together, these three words are pronounced as "medicine", which is a medicine to prolong life, a medicine to relieve life and death, and a medicine to relieve the six divisions in the wheel of karma. Everyone has this medicine, but everyone refuses to take it. Everyone is just chasing the finish line and running around looking for it.

This medicine has its own system, people can use it often, and saliva is very sweet, even sweeter than honey. When this "medicine" takes effect, changes will occur in the body. People don't know if they haven't benefited from spiritual practice; If you get it, you will never give up your efforts and never stop. But we must persevere and stick to it; It's not like three days of fishing, two days of drying nets, one day of exposure, ten days of cold, lotus today, peony tomorrow. You have to persevere and keep working hard to get on the road. If you suddenly advance and retreat, you will waste your time. If it is artificial, it should be natural. The tip of the tongue is on the upper jaw. If there is saliva, swallow it. The saliva in the stomach can harmonize qi and blood.

Eyes and nose, nose and mouth, mouth and heart.

Sit up straight in meditation, don't lean back, don't lean forward, and don't bow your head. Keep your head straight and look at your nose to see if it is rushing down. Take a closer look. The nose looks at the mouth, so are there eyes on the nose? It looks at its mouth and slowly gives birth to its eyes. You tell it that the more it looks, the more its nose will see its mouth.

If you look at your mouth like this, you will ask your heart and you will ask your heart yourself. Is your heart a dirty heart? Is it a white heart? Is it yellow heart? Are they hearts? Your heart is green, yellow, red, white and black. What kind of heart is it? Ask. If you are black-hearted, then black will turn it into white. You see, your "black heart" will change color, white, bright and hidden day by day, and become one with Dharma. At this time, there is a little way.

Breathe gas, don't use your mouth, your nose can ventilate. Some people have a stuffy nose, so it is difficult to breathe through it. So if you can breathe through your nose, you should stop behind your navel, not below. That place is empty and there is nothing, but nothing is this. Your breathing gas should stop in this place.

Most people have a saying that they are out of breath. Can you breathe? This is a very important question. If breathing can be connected, external breathing is internal breathing, and internal breathing is external breathing. Therefore, when the Tao-doer stops breathing outside, the breathing inside will move. There is no breath in your nostrils, and there is no breath in this mouth, but he will breathe into the pores of the whole body. You see, he's like a dead man, but he doesn't die. He is dead now, but he is not dead, so he doesn't need to breathe outside. The breath inside is alive.

At this time, you have nothing in your eyes and nothing in your heart. You don't know what you heard, and you don't know what your heart is. From the inside, you have no heart, and from a distance, you have no shape and shape. But at this time, don't think you are great. This is still a convenience, but it is only a calm state. Don't think I'm anything.

Warm, top, and forbearance are the best in the world.

When meditating, the tip of the tongue touches the upper jaw. This is the intersection of Ren meridian and Du meridian. Ren and Du meridians are interlinked, so qi and blood are interlinked. At this time, I feel very comfortable. You have saliva in your mouth. Swallow it in your stomach. Swallowing it like this all the time is like moistening bodhi seedlings with manna. Give him water, sit down and there will be a warm current. It will be very hot. A function begins to appear at this stage: the first stage is heat, starting from the stomach, going to the whole body, going to the whole body and coming back. This is the so-called thermal stage.

The heat was over, and after a long time, I tried it in this chemical plant. The experiment was almost over, and then I reached the top. Top position, I feel as if there is something on my head, but it doesn't seem to be there. You can't see or touch it if you say yes. It's just that I have this feeling on my head, and I always feel that it has an incredible realm. This is the so-called top position. After taking the position, I felt unbearable. I can't help this feeling. This is called forbearance. The top stage used to be the stage of forbearance. It's not easy to endure, and my head feels uncomfortable, as if something is going to drill a hole in my head. This time, I put up with it again. Over time, the hole was drilled through, and I ran out, over my head and out of the hole, just like a bird in a cage. I was very happy. This is the first patience in the world, so it is called the first in the world, the first gentleman in the world, and the first hero in the world. No one can compare it, so it is called the first in the world. Be number one in the world at this time, then practice carefully every day.

Surrender the guests' five desires to sink to the bottom

Meditation means abstinence, which is the first step of practice. Clear the heart and calm the guests. Just like a bowl of turbid water, if you always shake it, the water is always turbid and you can't see it clearly. If you put the mixed water in a container and stand still, the dust will sink to the bottom, which is the initial effort to surrender the troubles of the guest dust. Our bodies can sit still for a moment, which is better than building seven towers in Hengsha. Because at this moment of meditation, you can subdue the guest dust and make the dust of the five desires sink to the bottom of the water. As the saying goes, "the heart is bright and the sky is cloudless."

Walking, living, sitting and lying are all in meditation.

Meditation is not a very fun thing, it will suffer a lot. There is only one hour's rest from sitting incense at two in the morning to going to bed at twelve in the evening. During meditation, you should forget your body, your heart, the world and everything, that is, there is no "I", that is, everything is empty, and it will be wonderful if you reach the realm of vacuum.

Attention, everyone! During the practice time, don't talk casually, don't daydream casually, and don't be lazy and steal peace. You should cherish every minute. The so-called "an inch of time, an inch of light of life." Therefore, you can also participate in meditation by walking, living, sitting and lying down. We should study hard when we live, sit and lie in meditation. The more we drill, the more we understand, and the more we learn.

Concentration, persistence and unyielding.

When we participate in meditation, we should not be afraid of backache and leg pain, but should show the will to participate in meditation with perseverance. Unswerving, unyielding, and always working hard. The ancient monk Dade has been sitting for decades, which shows that practice is not so simple and easy. He thinks that today is a peony, tomorrow is a lotus, and you can be enlightened by sitting for one day, so everyone should show patience and participate in meditation. How to be single-minded For example, girls chasing boys, or boys chasing girls, should be so careful. With this sincere and firm heart, there is no reason why we cannot meditate in our own place.

Sit like a clock and walk like the wind.

Meditation can be decided, and the method of meditation is inaction. On the surface, meditation is inaction, but when one participates in meditation, one helps the righteous cause of the dharma circle. If everyone meditated, there would be no war in the world.

Although it is said that "sitting for a long time leads to meditation", the real meditation is not only meditation while sitting, but also meditation while standing. You can also meditate while walking and sleeping, so walking, living, sitting and lying are also meditations. Hard-working people don't mind their own business. They always take care of their conversation and say, "Who is chanting Buddha?" When you are at the end of your tether, you can walk, live, sit and lie down with dignity.

"Sit like a clock": Sit steady and don't swing like a pendulum. Sit up straight, look at your nose, nose, mouth and heart, put the tip of your tongue on your palate, and swallow if there is saliva.

"Walking like the wind": running like a gust of wind, the wind blows to the sky, to the ground and to people. Because there is no one when studying hard, there is no sky in the sky, no ground on the ground, and no one in the middle. When walking slowly, it is like a gentle breeze coming from Xu, and the water waves are quiet.

"Stand as pine": When standing, stand as straight as a big pine tree.

"Lying like a bow": When sleeping, put your chin on your hips and lie down on your right side in an auspicious posture.

Master Yongjia said: "Meditate while walking, and your body is safe when you are quiet. It is always refreshing to encounter a knife, and it is idle when you are idle. " Father Dharma was poisoned by outsiders six times. He knew it was poison and swallowed it. It can be seen that he has no self-esteem and regards life and death as idleness. People work hard, and the ghosts and gods cry, and the devil is also surprised; When people study hard, the devil can't display his skills, so he is shocked. If you can keep your feet on the ground for 2 1 hour and race against time, it will be earth-shattering. We practice the law of inaction, starting with the law of doing something, and are not afraid of the hard work of running and sitting. Running incense is promising, sitting incense is inaction, so "inaction is promising, inaction; Doing something means doing nothing. Doing something is doing nothing, and doing nothing is doing something. "

Kung fu is getting worse and worse, and there are more and more troubles.

Meditation is like a horse trainer and a monkey trainer. It is not easy. It is not easy, but it is difficult to sit down. In this world, everything you want to do is not easy and laborious, and so is meditation, which requires some effort. If you can control one of wildness and wishful thinking, your kung fu will increase and your troubles will decrease.

Meditation is like spinning silk.

We are meditating, and we are reeling. We are like cocoons, bound by worldly desires (anger, sorrow, fear, love and evil desire). Although these seven emotions can't be broken at once, they must be eased bit by bit.

Hi: Don't be overjoyed. Laugh yourself crazy.

Anger: Don't lose your temper. The so-called "a single spark can start a prairie fire" and "firewood will burn for a thousand days". When you meditate, you sit quietly and serenely. Once you lose your temper, you will get sick and your joints will ache all over, because the fire has burned out the bodhi tree.

Sadness: Don't be too sad.

Fear: If you have fear in your heart, you can't be right.

Love: I want to love when I see beauty, and I want to keep it for myself when I see others have good things. This is all greed.

Evil: evil is just the opposite of love, and love is disgusting to the extreme. Desire: this includes all desires and does not correspond to Tao.

These seven emotions should be relieved bit by bit, so they should be wiped clean often. When the seven emotions are relieved to the extreme, they are gone. At this time, they are often meditating, meditating and studying hard. Only then did I know my true colors and whether my nostrils were up or down.

Seven pagodas of Shengzao Hengsha

"If people sit still for a moment, it is better than building seven pagodas in constant sand", and a moment contains infinite robbery. Infinite robbery never leaves the present and previous thoughts; Now the previous ideas have not surpassed infinite disasters. I can sit still for a moment, when there is no one, no me, no sentient beings, no longevity, no delusion, no thoughts and no destiny.

At this time, shrink the idea of an infinite robbery and regard it as an infinite robbery. If you can sit still for a moment, or half an hour, or three to five hours, or even seven days and seven nights, you still sit still. At this time, there is really no body and mind inside and no world outside. This merit is greater than the Qibao stupa you built in Ganges.

Why? Because the merits of building a tower are tangible and will eventually be destroyed. If you can achieve no body, no heart and no world, then your own universal wisdom is now. This kind of wisdom is invisible, inaudible and tasteless, but Bodhi awareness exists.

If we can have no self, no self, no sentient beings and no longevity in an instant, in a very short time, it corresponds to the original Buddha nature. Buddha's nature reflects the reality of various laws, which are immortal, unclean, unclean, and neither increasing nor decreasing. Just because of ignorance, the original sunshine (wisdom) is not there, and it is covered by dark clouds, so it is unclear, so right and wrong, right and wrong, recognizing thieves as children, reversing delusions, so it is life and death, and you can't pull out your legs.
