Take the 20 19 graduate students of Nanjing Medical University as an example. Before being admitted, graduate students with orientation training must sign orientation training agreements with the admissions unit and the employing unit respectively, and return to their original units for employment after graduation (without dispatch certificate). Candidates themselves handle the problems arising from applying for a master's degree and their work units. If the candidate cannot be admitted, our school will not be responsible.
Non-directional graduate students must transfer their files and personnel to the school before entering the school. If they can't hand over the files on time, they will be disqualified. Upon graduation, you should obey the national employment guidance and participate in employment dispatch (with dispatch certificate).
Benefits of directional culture:
Employment is guaranteed. Nowadays, the employment of college students is a big problem, because of the expansion of colleges and universities in China, the phenomenon of high education is very serious. Therefore, the employment of college students is not ideal in general. If students are trained in a targeted way, there is no need to worry about not finding a job after graduation.
Practice is convenient. Generally, students with orientation training will be arranged to practice in a company that has signed an orientation training agreement with the school, and the company will generally pay more attention to it because we are employees of this company.
There are many scholarships, and some can even pay less tuition. Generally, the company of directional training courses will set up scholarships independently to encourage everyone to study hard at school, and some companies will also pay part or all of the tuition fees or subsidize the living expenses for students.
