Jujube Peanut glutinous rice porridge

Suggestion:

This porridge is suitable for anorexia loose stool, deficiency of qi and blood, thrombocytopenia, anemia, chronic hepatitis, malnutrition, etc.

Composition:

90g rice; Glutinous rice 30g;; Peanut 30g;; Dried jujube15g; ; Oat 20g;; Clear water 900ml.

Exercise:

① After washing peanuts and glutinous rice, soak them in clear water for 6 hours.

2 Taomi porridge. Wash and dry red dates.

③ Cook all the prepared ingredients in a pressure cooker.

Tip:

① The dried dates in raw materials are processed flaky dried dates, or they can be peeled and sliced.

Composition:

Jujube porridge (or rice porridge, rice 50g), walnut kernel 15g, black sesame 15g.

Exercise:

(1) Peel and core the jujube from the jujube porridge, and then pour the jujube paste back into the porridge.

(2) Try to grind off the thin skin of the fried walnut kernel by hand, otherwise it will be bitter, and then mash it with black sesame seeds. Walnut kernel is thinner than black sesame, otherwise it will choke the baby. If you use a food blender, there is no problem.

(3) Add walnut black sesame powder into porridge and stir well.

(4) Black sesame seeds are washed and ground into fine powder, and walnut kernels are soaked in water and peeled, or ground into fine powder.
