Usually, ginseng is wrapped in a clean wet cloth for about half a day to make it soft, then cut into thin slices and dried or dried in the sun. When in use, at least 35 tablets or more than 10 tablets are put into a teacup, brewed with boiling water, covered, and soaked in warm water for a few minutes, so that it can be used as tea, or mixed with other nourishing drugs with sweet taste and drunk while brewing. After soaking for many times until the decoction is tasteless, the ginseng residue can be chewed and swallowed. As for ginseng strips and ginseng whiskers, as long as they are slightly broken, they can be directly soaked and taken. Clean ginseng leaves can be soaked by rubbing until they break. Ginseng flowers can be taken directly in water. Comparatively speaking, the dosage of ginseng beard, ginseng leaf and ginseng flower is larger, otherwise, the efficacy will be much inferior. Because the product of pilose antler itself is relatively thin, it can be directly brewed into tea for drinking, and finally chewed and swallowed. As a kind of health-care medicinal tea, the dosage of ginseng is about 2 grams per day, and that of pilose antler is 0.3 ~ 0.5 grams. You can drink it every other day instead of eating it every day. It will help to persist for a few months. The therapeutic dose of tea, ginseng and pilose antler used to treat diseases can be increased appropriately, or as directed by doctors.
