Formula:
240g of high gluten flour, black sesame powder15g, 3g of salt, 3g of dry yeast, 0g of sugar10g, and 0g of clear water150g.
Sugar water: clear water 1000g, sugar 50g.
In addition: both black sesame and white sesame are suitable (not necessarily)
Exercise:
1. Mix and knead all the materials into a smooth dough, directly divide into 6 parts, and relax for 10 minute. Take a piece of dough, roll it into thin slices, then roll it upside down into strips. Roll up and down at one end and pinch at the other.
