Step 4 compact

(1) After the road mixing is qualified or the mixture is spread by the paver, it shall be compacted immediately according to the construction technology, compaction speed and times of the test section, and continue to be compacted to the specified degree of compaction.

(2) After the completion of the road section, the compaction degree shall be checked according to regulations. If it does not meet the specified requirements, the contractor shall re-roll it until it is qualified.

(3) The joints of two working sections should be overlapped and mixed. After mixing in the first section, leave it for 5 ~ 8m without rolling. When the latter section is constructed, the uncompressed parts of the former section are mixed together and rolled together with the latter section.

(4) The working joint of the factory mixing method should be pressed into a slope at the end of the rolling section, and the working joint should be cut into a cross section perpendicular to the road surface and the road center line. Then paving and rolling will be carried out in the next construction section.

(5) Construction machinery shall not "turn around" on the broken subbase. If it must be carried out on it, protective measures should be taken.

5. Health

(1) After the lime stabilized soil layer is rolled, it must be kept moist for health, so as not to make the surface of the stabilized soil layer dry, and it cannot be too wet or wet when it is dry.

(2) The curing period of lime stabilized soil shall not be less than 7d. The maintenance method can be sprinkling water, covering sand or low-viscosity soil, or adopting impervious film and asphalt film.

(3) During the maintenance period, vehicles are not allowed to pass. On the lime stabilized soil layer with covering measures, the speed approved by the supervision engineer shall be limited to no more than 30 km/h. ..

6. Sampling and testing

Lime-stabilized soil should be sampled every day or every 2000m2 at the construction site, and the water content, lime content and unconfined resistance of the mixture should be determined according to the standard method of Test Code for Inorganic Binders of Highway Engineering (JTJ 057-94).

Compressive strength test; On the completed lower bearing layer, the compaction test shall be carried out according to the Code for Field Test of Highway Subgrade and Pavement (JTJ 059-95), and each operation section shall be inspected for more than 6 times or less than 2000m2. All test results shall be submitted to the supervision engineer for review.

Batch; The expenses arising therefrom shall be borne by the contractor.
