Steamed Bun Recipe: Plum Steamed Bun

Ingredients: 300g pork belly, 500g medium gluten flour, 3 shallots, bamboo shoots 1 segment, ginger 1 segment, dried plum 1 ball, improver 1 teaspoon,

2 teaspoons of yeast, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, 30g of sugar, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/4 teaspoons of pepper, 500g of medium-gluten flour, 30g of sugar and yeast.

2 teaspoons, improver 1/4 teaspoons, water 1/8 cups, a little oil, 300g pork belly, 3 shallots, ginger 1 segment, dried plum balls1.

5. Ferment in a steamer for about 30 minutes, and steam on high fire for about 15~20 minutes.
