What are your daily hygiene habits?
My daily habits are regular. Go to bed at night 10, get up at 6: 00 in the morning, sleep for 30 minutes at noon 13: 00, burn your feet when you are full at night, and watch for 3 hours every morning with a cup of boiled water, a cup of honey water, an egg, an apple, a pot of tea, three red dates, a walnut and a handful of dried fruits. Insist on not staying up late, not getting angry, not smoking, not drinking, not gambling, not eating and drinking indiscriminately. Live a regular life until you are 99 years old!
