3. Yongquan point

Yongquan point is located in the first third of the connecting line between the second and third toe stitches and the heel. When you bend your toes hard, the depression in front of the sole of your foot is Yongquan point. Yongquan point belongs to kidney meridian of foot-shaoyin. Moxibustion at this point can relieve and treat neurasthenia, fatigue, gynecological diseases and insomnia. Yongquan point can make the water from the kidney meridian flow out of the body surface, play the role of inducing fire, reducing sperm and nourishing kidney essence, and has the effect of relieving and treating neurasthenia and energy loss.

Moxibustion does have the effect of treating insomnia, but there are several points to pay attention to. To treat insomnia, moxibustion should be applied before going to bed. Insomnia caused by deficiency syndrome can be treated by moxibustion. If you really don't have time, you can soak your feet to treat insomnia. There are a few people who suffer from insomnia because of their strong spirit and are not suitable for moxibustion.

During moxibustion, don't catch cold with the wind and keep a calm mood.
