This kind of tea for promoting blood circulation and tonifying deficiency is difficult to digest, and patients with poor digestive function, high uric acid and poor ventilation should not eat too much.

Practice: Take black beans100g, hematoxylin10g, appropriate amount of brown sugar and 700ml of clear water. Wash black beans with clear water and drain for later use. There are six taboos for drinking tea in winter:
