Healthy flower protection tea
Water the flowers first.

The method of making tea is as follows:

1, first put half a pot of boiling water in the pot, then add scented tea, and then fill it up. Only in this way can we get clean tea soup.

2. Fill the pot with boiling water, and finally add flowers and plants. This can ensure that flowers and plants will not lose color because of long-term soaking, and they are also resistant to foaming. Slightly sour herbal tea is suitable for this brewing method.

3. Brew scented tea with cold water. This method takes more time, but it can keep the color for a long time when dissolved in water, and the fragrance is slow and lasting. The floral fragrance is closer to the original flavor, which is suitable for purple series herbal tea, and the brewed flowers and plants are bright in color.

4. Put the flowers and plants in a container and wash them directly with 90℃ hot water, and the fragrance is overflowing. Roses, lavender and other scented teas are most suitable for this brewing method. It is best to drink it as soon as possible if it is brewed in this way, otherwise the scented tea will be soaked for too long, which will easily produce bitterness and astringency.

Usage of hot tea: first prepare tea set, heating stove and cup. Then put a proper amount of scented tea sugar in the filter element of the pot. Pour the boiling water slowly, and the fragrance should overflow immediately. Let stand 1~2 minutes, stir, and drink when the brown color is released.

Cold drink with scented tea: First, prepare the tea set and put appropriate amount of scented tea and sugar in the filter element of the pot. Then slowly inject boiling water and stir. Let it stand for 5 minutes until the brown color is released. Finally, add ice cubes, stir, pour into a cup, and serve. Accessories such as honey and sugar can be added according to personal taste.
