Health managers have a hard time, with a pass rate of 40%.

From 20 18, the health manager has passed the certification of the National Health and Family Planning Commission and the certification of Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, and has become the franchise certificate of the health industry. The examination for health managers has only been carried out in recent years. Generally, the initial test is not very difficult, and most of the test contents are closely related to real life, which is relatively easy for candidates.

The examination for health managers is divided into two parts, corresponding to theoretical knowledge and professional skills respectively. The teaching materials are the new edition of Basic Knowledge of Health Managers and Three-level National Vocational Qualification of Health Managers designated by the Vocational Skills Appraisal Guidance Center of the National Health Planning Commission, which are published by People's Health Publishing House.

In the textbook of theoretical knowledge, it is divided into 16 chapters, namely, introduction to health management, basic knowledge of clinical medicine, basic knowledge of preventive medicine, basic knowledge of common chronic diseases, epidemiology and medical statistics, basic knowledge of health education, basic knowledge of nutrition and food safety, basic knowledge of physical activity, mental health, basic knowledge of TCM health preservation, basic knowledge of rehabilitation medicine, health informatics, medical ethics and professional ethics of health management, and health insurance and health management.

According to the previous examination, the examination questions are not evenly distributed in every chapter, and the key chapters are: introduction to health management, basic knowledge of preventive medicine, common chronic diseases, basic knowledge of epidemiology and medical statistics, health education, nutrition and food safety, basic knowledge of physical activity, and health informatics.
