Wudang lightness skill method

Wudang Light Skill 1, demonstrating the luck turnover method.

Stand naturally, relax and look forward, lick the upper jaw with your tongue, connect Ren and Du meridians, and use reverse breathing. Lift your arms slowly from your sides. When the arms are lifted horizontally, the palms are turned over, and the arms are slowly moved to the front of the body in a ball shape, surrounded, and the two little fingertips are connected together, and the thumb is raised to make the lung meridians unblocked. Then slowly put down the left hand, put the palm on the abdomen, and naturally wrap the other four fingers around Lao Dan separately, and then put the palm on the back of the left palm, which is intended to last 1 minute. When inhaling, the abdomen contracts and the palm is also compressed. When exhaling, the abdomen bulges and the palms are not forced outward. Breathe through your nose, breathe through your mouth. Breathe slowly, carefully and evenly, and do it rhythmically, *** 10 times. Breathe? The suction force is 1 times.

After this exercise, according to the above actions and breathing, the Qi in the abdomen will move left and right again, left 12 times and right 12 times. At the beginning of training, squeeze the abdominal muscles with the palm of your hand to make them rotate left and right, and the internal qi will also operate. After practicing martial arts for 3 months, you can read the internal qi at will without the help of palm strength, that is to say, the qi has arrived.

Wudang Lightness Skill II. External air entering dantian method

(1) Exercise: Stand naturally, relax all over, look forward, lick the upper jaw with your tongue, and connect the second pulse of Ren Du. Turn your palms outward, release your fingers, slowly lift your arms from the side, and your palms are concave. The mind is at Neilaogong point, like holding a ball in the palm of your hand. The mind introduces the external qi into Laogong point, and then sends it to the body and ren meridian to Tiandan along the three Yang meridians of the hand.

Pause 1 min, palm down, and return to the side lift shape. Move your arms forward in the way of lifting forward, with your elbows slightly bent, your palms together and one palm wide, and the Neiguan points are opposite. Then slowly open and close your hands to make them one, and repeat 12 times. The distance between the two palms gradually widens from one palm to two fists, slightly wider than the shoulders. Every widening? The second distance 12 times, the palm produces a lot of heat, and even feels numb. Return your arms to the front level, then put your palms up with your hands back, and your thoughts will be stored in Laogong point again, and the external air will be sent back to Dantian, 1 minute later.

(2) Skill set: Raise your arms horizontally, bend your elbows, lift them up to your head, point your two middle fingers at your temples, and breathe for 1 min. Then, separate your palms along any pulse in your chest, and put them down vertically from both sides of your legs, and close them together. This skill can be collected for 3 months, and it can be practiced for 6 months with the luck-turning method in Dantian.
