Qingbuliang lean broth
Ingredients: 250g trotter tendon, raw and cooked Coicis Semen 10g, lotus seed 5g, Lycium barbarum 5g, Huaisheng 10g, Polygonatum odoratum 5g, solid fruit 5g, 2 candied dates, or Qingbuliang 1 package.
Exercise:
1. Wash pork tenderloin, cut it into large pieces, blanch it in boiling water for a while, take it out, rinse it with clear water and drain it for later use.
2. Wash all the ingredients.
3. Put 1800ml water into the soup pot. After the water is boiled, put all the ingredients in, boil over high heat, turn to low heat, cook for another two hours, and season with salt.
