7. If you don't want to go to so much trouble, you can dig out the soil where orchids grow new buds, bury them in the water moss, keep the water moss moist, and finally promote orchids to take root. After enough new roots are born, you can take out the water moss and cover it with new soil.

How to raise roots? 1. Choose a suitable orchid, which can only grow in loose and breathable soil. It is suggested to add 30% wood shavings (drill bits) and 70% hard planting materials. The so-called hard planting materials are hard materials such as red bricks and cinders. Roots raised by planting materials have moderate hardness.

2. The water quality should be clean. The water quality of orchids must be good, and the polluted ones cannot be used. In fact, the best are flowing streams and rivers, but they are hard to find in cities. Tap water can be used, but it will take 2~3 days to put it in the container.

3, the basin must have holes.

Orchids are best kept in deep pots. You can choose a teapot or a clay pot. It is best not to use porcelain pots. But no matter what kind of flowerpot you choose, there should be suitable holes in the bottom, and it is best to have holes in the wall of the flowerpot.

The plants suitable for this way of raising roots are Clivia, Phalaenopsis, Chlorophytum, Peony, Hydrangea, Paeonia lactiflora, Geranium, Dianthus, Dahlia, Oxalis, Ranunculus and so on.
