Among all the means of health preservation and treatment, stone-picking therapy is the oldest, because when the ancients encountered pain or pain, they would naturally massage with their hands or with tools such as stones, so they found that this could relieve the pain, which is the oldest acupuncture massage therapy. Acupuncture and massage are China's unique methods to treat diseases. It treats systemic diseases through the functions of meridians and acupoints and some techniques. Traditional Chinese medicine regards the human body as an organic whole closely related to nature. By properly stimulating the meridian points in time, the body's self-stabilizing ability can be stimulated, so that the body can maintain the balance of yin and yang, thus achieving the purpose of nip in the bud and preventing diseases from changing.

The methods of acupuncture and massage are different, but the basic points are the same. Are based on the meridian theory of traditional Chinese medicine. Acupuncture, moxibustion or massage are used to act on the meridian and acupoint system of the human body. Stimulating acupoints and adjusting meridians are the basic means to stimulate the operation of qi and blood in camp and guard, thus playing the role of harmonizing yin and yang and nourishing viscera.

Let's take a look at seven acupoints for health care:

1. Zusanli

Zusanli is located in the lateral front of the calf, 3 inches below the lateral knee, and the outer edge of the tibia is horizontally pointed. Zusanli point is the strength of the whole body, which can strengthen the spleen and stomach, help digestion, benefit qi and strengthen the body, and improve human immunity and disease resistance.

(1) acupuncture method: use millineedle to acupuncture 1 ~ 1.5 inch, and you can choose to acupuncture unilaterally or bilaterally at the same time.

(2) Moxibustion: Moxibustion of Zusanli is one of the most classic health care methods. There is a folk saying that "Moxibustion of Zusanli is not as good as eating an old hen". The specific method is to light the moxa stick and hang it on the acupoint for 10 ~ 15 minutes. Moxibustion should be every other day 1 time and once a month1time.

(3) Self-massage: Knead Zusanli with your thumb. Specific methods: use the thumb to press on Zusanli point, press vertically, press down and rub. The other four fingers hold or open to support each other, so as to exert force together. Let the stimulation fully act on the deep muscle tissue, causing pain, numbness, swelling and pain, walking and so on. After a few seconds, it gradually relaxed. Repeat this operation several times.

2. Sanyinjiao

Sanyinjiao point is located 3 inches above the tip of the medial malleolus of the foot and in the depression behind the tibia. "Sanyinjiao" is named because it is located at the intersection of the spleen meridian of Foot Taiyin, the kidney meridian of Foot Shaoyin and the liver meridian of Foot Jueyin. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that the spleen governs transportation and blood circulation, which is the foundation of the day after tomorrow; Kidney storing essence is the innate foundation; Liver stores blood, and essence and blood are homologous. Sanyinjiao point, which reaches the three meridians, has the effects of nourishing yin and tonifying kidney, soothing the liver and regulating qi, invigorating spleen and promoting diuresis, harmonizing qi and blood, dredging meridians and activating collaterals. It is regarded as one of the important acupoints for strengthening the body by doctors in past dynasties, and is known as the "holy point of gynecology". This point plays an important role in improving the health of abdominal organs, especially reproductive system.

(1) needling method: use a milli-needle to stab 1 ~ 1.5 inch, and the needle can be taken out when the needle is exhausted. Weak ones can be kept for 5 ~ 10 minutes. Every day 1 time or every other day 1 time.

(2) Moxibustion: For those with deficiency-cold constitution, moxa sticks can be used to moxibustion Sanyinjiao point for 10 ~ 15 minutes each time, with local warmth and redness as the degree, once a day or every other day 1 time. Women with deficiency-cold constitution insist on moxibustion for a long time to regulate menstruation, prevent gynecological diseases and keep fit. In addition, moxibustion at this point before going to bed can also help sleep.

(3) Self-massage: Use the fingertip of thumb or middle finger to exert vertical force, press down the opposite Sanyinjiao and press. Then knead Sanyinjiao clockwise for 20 times. Let the stimulation fully act on the deep muscle tissue, causing pain, numbness, swelling and pain, walking and so on. After a few seconds, it gradually relaxed. Repeat this operation several times.

3. Guan Yuan

Guanyuan is located in the midline of the abdomen, 3 inches below the umbilicus. When taking a point, put the four fingers together and horizontally under the navel, and the position under the little finger is the point. Guanyuan point can be used to treat diarrhea, abdominal pain, enuresis, urinary incontinence, pruritus vulvae, impotence and premature ejaculation. At the same time, this point has the function of tonifying deficiency, and has certain curative effect on strengthening physique and improving immunity.

(2) Moxibustion: moxa stick moxibustion. Take a green moxa stick, light it and smoke it near Guanyuan point. The moxa stick is about 3 cm away from the acupoint. If there is a warm and comfortable feeling in the local area, it will be fixed. Moxibustion lasts for 10 ~ 15 minutes at a time, with moxibustion reaching a slight blush locally. After moxibustion, moxibustion practitioners generally feel warm and fever in the lower abdomen. Moxibustion every other day 1 time or monthly1time can achieve the purpose of health care and treatment.

(3) Self-massage: Press Guanyuan with thumb or forefinger. The specific method is the same as Zusanli.

4. Qi Hai

Qihai is located in the midline of abdomen, below umbilicus 1.5 inch. When acupoints are selected, Guanyuan is selected first, and half of the distance between Guanyuan and navel is Qi Hai. This point does have the function of regulating general weakness, enhancing immunity and defense, and is effective for congenital weakness, acquired strain, initial recovery from serious illness or postpartum physical weakness, and is an important point for tonifying deficiency. It is called "one point of Qihai warms the whole body", which means that Qihai point has the function of strengthening the body.

Acupuncture, Moxibustion and Self-massage: Tongguan Yuan Point.

5. Shenque

Shenque is located at the navel of the abdomen, where the umbilical cord of the fetus falls off, just like the pedicel of the melon falls off from the body of the melon, and is known as "the source of birth and the root of life". Shenque point belongs to Renmai, which is closely related to the pulse, and is connected with the Du meridian from the outside to the inside, connecting the five internal organs and limbs. It is the gateway of the human body's yuan spirit and the hub of meridians, and has the functions of warming and nourishing yuan yang, invigorating spleen and regulating stomach, benefiting qi and prolonging life.

(1) Moxibustion: salt moxibustion at Shenque point. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that salty and cold, entering the stomach, kidney, large intestine and small intestine, has the effects of clearing fire, cooling blood and detoxifying. Salt-separated moxibustion at Shenque combines the medicinal properties of salt and the efficacy of moxibustion in warming meridians and dispelling cold, and has the functions of restoring yang, saving inverse, consolidating the body and tonifying kidney. General moxibustion 1 ~ 2 is strong. The first step is to fill the navel with pure and dry salt. If the navel protrudes, you can cover it with wet bread and then cover it with salt. Step two, put the moxa stick on the salt and light it. If the patient feels a little burning pain, he should change the moxa stick.

(2) Self-massage: rubbing the abdomen with Shenque as the center. Standing or lying down, press your palm on your abdomen, first clockwise and then counterclockwise, rubbing your abdomen 20 times each, which is helpful for digestion and absorption after meals; Rubbing the abdomen before going to bed can strengthen the spleen and stomach, help digestion and help sleep.

6. zhongwan

The diaphragm is 4 inches above the umbilicus on the anterior median line. When taking acupoints, look down from the sternum. On the front median line, the midpoint of the connecting line between the lower sternum and the navel is the acupoint. Zhongwan point is an important point for strengthening the body, which has the functions of strengthening the spleen, regulating the stomach and nourishing the day after tomorrow.

(1) needling method: stab 0.8 ~ 1.2 inch straight, and pull out the needle after getting angry.

(2) Moxibustion: moxa stick moxibustion. Take a green moxa stick, light it and smoke it near Zhong Jian. The moxa stick is 3 cm away from the acupoint. If it feels warm and comfortable locally, it will be fixed. Moxibustion lasts for 10 ~ 15 minutes at a time, with moxibustion reaching a slight redness locally.

(3) Self-massage: rubbing or rubbing the fingertips on the acupoints for 5 ~ 10 minutes can treat stomach and wrist pain, nausea and vomiting, loss of appetite, etc.

7. Yongquan

Yongquan is located at the sole of the foot and belongs to the kidney meridian of foot shaoyin. When rolling the foot, it is in the depression of the first third of the foot center.

Self-massage: When the thumb tip is pressed on the acupoint, there will be obvious pain. Yongquan point has the functions of tonifying kidney, strengthening yang, nourishing heart and calming nerves.
