The first phase of the project will be open to tourists in May 1. In recent years, due to the protection of Jiaogang Lake wetland in Huaihe River and the continuous transformation of low-lying areas in maoji Experimental Area, eco-tourism brands have been gradually lit up, making the "water bag" flooded all the year round become a "cornucopia" for people along Huaihe River to increase their tourism income.

This project is located in Jiaoganghu Town, maoji Experimental Zone, Huainan. The construction period is two years, covering an area of more than 2,800 mu, including Dutch culture exhibition area, farming culture exhibition area, folk culture exhibition area, wetland culture experience area, Lotus Grand View Garden, slow life town and other 10 characteristic plates. It is estimated that the number of tourists will exceed 500,000 within one year after the project is completed.

Walking into the Lotus Lake in Jiao Gang Lake Scenic Area, the lotus garden in the distance is colorful. Tourists stop to admire the lotus and linger. They can pick lotus leaves and bow a bunch of lotus flowers on the trestle, which is refreshing. In order to curb the problems caused by enclosure culture, such as resource destruction, wetland reclamation, ecological fragility, water eutrophication and so on, maoji Experimental Area has continuously strengthened environmental protection. At present, the area of returning nets to fields and lakes has reached 35,000 mu.
