1, construction scheme
1) Because this project is an old sidewalk reconstruction project, it will not affect the smooth traffic, so it is proposed to adopt the construction scheme of simultaneous construction on both sides.
2) Firstly, according to the pavement structure, select the appropriate machinery to carry out the demolition construction, so as to obtain the empirical parameters, and provide reliable empirical parameters, templates and basis for guiding the construction of the whole line in the next step.
2, the construction method
1) Method of removing old sidewalk pavement
After the construction survey and lofting, the construction work of removing the sidewalk pavement can be carried out, including the removal of the old pavement, the cleaning, transportation and treatment of debris and garbage within the scope of removal, and the compaction of the original subgrade. Create conditions for construction. Cleaning up the site can be done with the help of excavators and manpower. Considering that there are many underground pipelines under the old sidewalk, it is planned to use a small excavator with manpower to dismantle the concrete pavement of the old sidewalk, and the old sidewalk on the brick road section will be manually demolished before being excavated. The cleaned waste shall be transported to the designated place in time. After digging to the design elevation, it shall be compacted according to the design requirements.
2) Treatment methods of underground pipelines
There are many underground pipelines under the old sidewalk. In the process of excavation, the size and direction should be found out manually first, and then the excavation should be carefully carried out manually or by small machinery. When encountering pipelines that hinder the construction, report to the supervisor, the owner and the design representative in time, and then carry out the construction after the problem is solved.
3) Leveling
After the surface of the old sidewalk is demolished, earthwork excavation shall be carried out by manual cooperation with small machinery. After reaching the design elevation of 5cm, excavation shall be carried out by manual lifting. During leveling, a certain rolling height is reserved according to the soil quality to ensure that the elevation after rolling meets the design requirements. When the water content is close to the optimal water content after leveling, the rolling operation can be carried out. When rolling, it should be light before heavy, slow before fast, edge before middle.
(II) Construction method of structural surface course
1 graded macadam cushion construction
First, prepare qualified graded macadam, stew it before construction to make its water content reach the best water content, then transport it to the construction site by car, level it with a small excavator first, then level it manually, and control the elevation with hanging lines at the same time. Usually pay attention to the reserved loose laying thickness. After leveling, it shall be compacted with a smooth roller of 18T or above. After acceptance, medium sand cushion should be laid as soon as possible.
2, medium sand cushion construction
Choose high-quality medium sand and spread it evenly. Similarly, use small machinery to pave manually, and reserve a certain loose paving thickness. Only after passing the supervision and inspection can water-permeable bricks be laid.
3, color permeable brick construction method
During construction, pay-off shall be carried out on the completed medium sand cushion, paving shall be carried out one by one according to the design requirements, and the brick joints shall be straight with a rubber hammer. Finally, use fine sand or dry mortar to sweep the joints and clean the brick surface. When the shop is stuck, it should be tamped with a rubber hammer to the elevation of the design surface. After checking that there is no empty drum, clean the ceramic tile. Before the combination is firm, people should be prevented from trampling or colliding to ensure the quality of pavement engineering.
3.C20 concrete pavement kerb and C 15 concrete enclosure construction method.
C20 concrete kerbs and C 15 concrete kerbs should be laid before the construction of graded macadam cushion. When the sidewalk is excavated to the design elevation, the kerb and the foundation groove of the concrete retaining structure shall be excavated at the same time. After the excavation according to the design size is completed, it will be tamped manually, and then the graded macadam cushion with a thickness of 10cm will be constructed at the bottom of the foundation trench. After completion, C20 concrete kerbs and C 15 concrete will be laid.
When paving, attention should be paid to the vibrating compaction of C 15 concrete on the front and back of kerbs and concrete coamings to ensure their firm installation without looseness. When the shop is stuck, the line should be hung to correct the position, so as to ensure that the lines are straight, the arc is smooth and the edges and corners are neat.
(3) Key points of structural plane construction
The total thickness of sidewalk structure is 20cm, including 10cm graded macadam cushion, 4cm medium coarse sand cushion and 6cm thick colored permeable brick surface.
1) inspection: the color permeable brick of sidewalk adopts the shape and size specified in the design. Check whether the size is qualified before paving (the allowable error of two diagonal lines is 3 mm, the allowable error of thickness is 3 mm, the allowable error of side length is 3 mm, and the length of missing edges and corners is not more than 5mm). Smooth surface, clear lines, neat edges and corners, and no honeycomb, exposed stones and peeling cracks on the surface.
2) Check the grid coordinates: determine the grid coordinates according to the control points and hang up the line, then lay them in sections (laying formwork strips), and check the position and elevation at any time. Determine the laying position of blind road (60 cm wide) and the joint between blind road and intersection according to relevant specifications, lower the surface layer to make a ramp of 1000× 1000, and set kerbs on both sides of the ramp.
3) When laying bricks, handle them with care and tamp them with a rubber hammer or wooden hammer (nail rubber) to avoid damaging the corners of bricks.
4) Vertical and horizontal joints: ensure smoothness, avoid uneven bending, and the joint width meets the design requirements.
5) After laying bricks, check the flatness. If there is displacement warping and inequality with adjacent slabs, it shall be corrected immediately. Finally, fill the brick joints with dry sand mixed with110 cement, and sprinkle water on the brick surface to make the lime-sand mixture sink until the lime-sand is filled, so as to keep the brick surface clean.
6) Maintenance: water spraying for 5-7 days, mainly for wet joints, and loading is not allowed during the maintenance period.
Six, the construction progress and time limit for a project guarantee measures
The purpose of schedule control is to achieve the total construction period as the goal, take the key process control as the main line, take the flow plan as the chain, ensure the cohesion, stability and balance of the plan, and effectively control the whole process of the plan through information feedback and the management mode of "three-level network and four-level plan" to ensure the realization of the construction period goal. 2. Do a good job in electricity management. Summer is the peak period of electricity consumption. We will regularly check and maintain the electrical equipment one by one. Do a good job in resistance testing of various lightning protection devices to prevent electric shock and lightning accidents.
3. Strengthen the management of storage, transportation and use of inflammable and explosive dangerous goods, and take sun protection and cooling measures for dangerous goods piled in the open air. 4. During the period of high temperature, according to the needs of production and workers' health, arrange production shifts and work and rest time reasonably. For those who work in special environment (such as open air and closed environment), take measures such as shading and ventilation or adjust working hours to prevent employees from heatstroke, suffocation and poisoning. In case of heatstroke, suffocation, poisoning and other accidents, immediately carry out emergency rescue or loose hospital emergency rescue.
5. Pay attention to the following points in summer project construction:
