According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, "the liver likes to regulate but hates depression", and the liver qi is relaxed and depressed, so it is very important to preserve health and soothe the liver in spring. Remember the following eight words, it is not difficult to raise a good liver.

Tea: You should drink two kinds of tea in spring.

Jasmine tea. Drinking jasmine in spring can refresh the mind, dispel cold evil and help depression. Take 3 grams of scented tea, put it in a cup and brew it with boiling water until it is cooled to about 90. You can also take 2 grams of jasmine tea, half a lemon and a proper amount of honey. Sliced lemon, soaked in 80% hot water with jasmine tea, cooled and added with honey.

Rose green tea. The tea has the effects of promoting metabolism, resisting oxidation, regulating qi and relieving depression, and can relieve poor blood circulation and depression. Take 1 spoon of rose petals and 2 spoons of green tea, and add 80% hot water to brew.

Exercise: Two movements can protect the liver.

Stretch. Stretching can stretch the muscles on both sides and back of the body, promote blood circulation throughout the body and promote the operation of qi. It can relieve fatigue and muscle soreness, and improve symptoms such as fullness and discomfort in chest and hypochondrium, low back pain and abdominal pain caused by stagnation of liver qi.

Lateral flexion Standing posture, feet apart, shoulder width; The left hand is placed at the waist, the right arm is raised in front of the ear, and the body gradually bends to the left; When bending to the maximum, keep it for 5- 10 seconds, then the body gradually returns to the neutral position, and at the same time, the hands naturally hang down at the sides of the body; The same method is used on the right. Lateral bending of the body can stretch the chest and hypochondrium and the liver, gallbladder and meridians on both sides, make qi and blood smooth, and relieve symptoms such as chest and hypochondrium fullness and discomfort, waist and abdomen pain caused by liver depression and qi stagnation.

Eat sweet: not eating too much sweetness.

"Sweetening and reducing acid" is not simply eating more sweet and less sour. The so-called "sour" and "sweet" are based on the five elements theory of traditional Chinese medicine, and all astringent foods are classified as "sour", such as pomegranate and raspberry. Foods with nourishing, invigorating spleen and calming nerves are classified as sweet, such as yam, lentils, black rice, oats and other whole grains. Spring diet is mainly based on invigorating spleen and benefiting qi. You can choose jujube, yam, lean meat, fish, wheat and other foods with nourishing and calming effects, and eat them with fresh vegetables to soothe the liver and regulate qi.

Less anger: heaven and man are one, clouds are light and wind is light.

Emotional state is the key factor of normal liver function. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that anger hurts the liver, and anger and sulking are easy to cause stagnation of liver qi, leading to stagnation of liver qi and fire, which is often called "liver fire", causing symptoms such as elevated blood pressure, headache, dizziness, stroke and unconsciousness.

Traditional Chinese medicine pays attention to "harmony between man and nature", and should be more close to nature, conform to nature, be calm in mind, regardless of gains and losses, and naturally "the clouds are light and the wind is light". Learn to let go. When you are dissatisfied or unhappy, you should be brave enough to express or talk to others. Don't take everything to heart. Only when you are depressed, you will naturally not "knot".
