Which dynasty was the Wuqinxi created?
The creation dynasty of Wuqinxi was the Han Dynasty.

Wuqinxi is a qigong skill that imitates the movements of five animals, namely tiger, deer, bear, ape and bird (crane), and aims at strengthening the body. Hua Tuo, an ancient physician in China, created it on the basis of predecessors, so it is also called hua tuo wuqinxi.

Up to now, Wuqinxi has formed many schools, each with its own style and characteristics. Generally speaking, they are all based on the "Five Birds" movement, combined with their own training experience, with the aim of exercising bones and muscles, dredging qi and blood, preventing and treating diseases, strengthening the body and prolonging life.

The basic content of hua tuo wuqinxi

(1) Tiger style: "Tiger players, with limbs off the ground, throw the first three times, but throw three times, with long waist and side feet, will return as soon as possible and go offline, but seven times before and after." That is, the hands and feet touch the ground, the body moves back and forth three times, and then the waist is raised, like a tiger walking, moving back and forth seven steps.

(2) Deer show: "Deer show players, four limbs off the ground, take back their attention, stretch their feet left and right, and stretch their legs three and two." That is, put your hands and feet on the ground, look back twice, then extend your left foot to the right and your right foot to the left, and repeat 2-3 times.

(3) Bear play: "Bear players stand upright, hold their knees with both hands, raise their heads, open the ground on the left, squat on the right, and hold the ground on the left and right." That is, lie on your back, put your arms around your head, land on your left and right sides for 7 times, then squat down and press your left and right hands on the ground.

(4) Ape play: "The ape player climbs things and hangs his body, stretching his body up and down, hanging things with his feet, seven left and right, and seven hand hooks." That is, climb an object in the air with both hands, stretch your body for 7 times, or hook the object with your lower limbs to make your body hang upside down. Then hook the object and pull it up seven times.

(5) Bird bomb: "Bird bomb player, stand up with both hands, tilt one foot, extend two arms, raise eyebrows and exert strength, each with 27, sit and extend feet, toe seven arms, and retract seven arms." That is, standing on one foot and spreading your arms like a bird. Then sit down, straighten your lower limbs, bend down and touch your toes with your hands, and then bend your arms seven times each.
