Since no one in my family drinks pear soup, I accidentally learned to steam pears when chatting with my neighbor's aunt. Old people and children can eat it without extra sugar. Moderate sweetness. Here's how. Let's try them.
Material: crown pear (thin skin and crisp meat, sweet taste) is my first choice.
Put more water in the steamer, I put half a pot of water and put a steamer;
Wash the pears and rub the skin with some flour to make them cleaner.
Take a bowl at least 1/2 larger than the pear and put the pear in it;
Put it in a steamer, put it on fire first, and then steam it slowly with a small fire. You can try chopsticks in the middle. If you can easily insert pears, you can turn off the heat, otherwise you can continue steaming.
I prefer to steam the soft ones, and I like to turn off the heat for the hard ones: it took about half an hour to steam.
It's great to dig with a small spoon.
