Yong Yang, male, Han nationality, 1973, was born in Dachuan District, Dazhou City. 1September 1988 to 199 1 July 1998, Yong Yang studied at Sichuan Wanyuan Normal School; 199 1 September, Yong Yang joined the work; 1February 1996 to1February 1998, Yong Yang worked in Daxian Forestry Bureau, and served as the director of the bureau office and the general branch secretary of the bureau.
