1. Iron stick yam peeled and soaked in cold water, and red dates should also be soaked and washed. Soak the tremella for a while in advance. The amount in my photo is a little too much. Just follow the amount in my formula.
2. Slice the yam and soak it in cold water to prevent it from turning black. Cut the jujube and remove the core. Tremella becomes soft and big, removes yellowish roots and breaks into small flowers.
3. Put all the materials into a curing pot (1.8L) without adding water. Don't be too full, it is easy to jump out.
4. First, turn the health pot to boiling water, and then continue to cook for about 1 hour.
The soup is cooked when it becomes a little sticky. I put a little more red dates, which are already very sweet. If you like sweet things, you can put a little rock sugar after cooking and stew for a while.
