Staying up late is good for your health.
Generally speaking, the prevention and health care of staying up late still depends on daily diet, and six kinds of food must be taken in a balanced way.

When staying up late, you must try to eat as little or no refreshing food, sweets and frozen food as possible. If you are really hungry, you can eat some fruits in moderation, drink more boiled water, keep warm and prevent the cold from invading.

You can usually eat more vegetables with dark green leaves. Vitamin B6 or nicotinic acid is found in liver, fish, whole grains, legumes, fruits and vegetables, which can maintain skin health and slow down aging. You can also use medicated diet, such as: lotus seed and lily lean meat stew, kudzu root sashimi soup, Prunella vulgaris lean meat stew and so on.
