Tuopai Qujiu
Tuopai Qujiu is a product of Tuopai Qujiu Factory in Shehong County, Sichuan Province. 1980 was rated as a famous Sichuan wine, 198 1 year, 1987 as a quality product in Sichuan province, 198 1 year, 1985,/kloc-. 1988 won the title of national famous wine and the gold medal in the 5th national wine tasting, the bronze prize for new invention in Geneva 16 international exposition, and the golden urn prize in the 6th international food exhibition in Hong Kong in the same year.

Shehong County has a long history of brewing, and famous wines were brewed as early as the Tang Dynasty. When the poet Du Fu visited this place, he said in the poem "Wild Hope": "Shehong Spring Wine is still cold and green." According to the "Shehong County Records", "Shehong Spring Wine was called by the former foundry company. Fermi (a beginner in the Qing Dynasty) also praised Gongdong Mountain for its simple drinking method and beautiful wine-making with water jet. Shu people call it Xie. Today's bad altar tastes delicious, and its legacy is also made. " There are many ways to make "miscellaneous wine" among the people. There is a local custom of "composing songs on June 6th and making wine on September 9th, which is called chong yang wine". In the Qing Dynasty, there were "Huojiu, Shaolao, Hui Quan" and other liquors. 19 1 1 year, the famous brewer in Liushutuo Town built Jitaixiang Brewery, introduced Chengshantuo spring water from Longcheng as brewing water, and developed it into Daqu liquor, which was well-known both inside and outside Sichuan, so merchants competed for it, making it famous all over the world, and people praised it as "Tuopai Qujiu, all-fragrant liquor". 195 1 year, the state-owned shehong county qu distillery was established on the basis of jitaixiang distillery and continued to produce tuopai qu liquor along the traditional process. 1988 was renamed as the current factory.

Tuopai Daqu liquor is made of high-quality sorghum and glutinous rice as raw materials, high-quality wheat and barley as saccharifying and fermenting agents, and it is made by using laojiao as fermentation pool, making Daqu at high and medium temperatures, steaming and burning distiller's grains, and storing and blending.

Tuopai Daqu liquor is a kind of Luzhou-flavor Daqu liquor, which is rich in cellar aroma, sweet in taste, soft and mellow, clean and aftertaste, and is famous for its sweetness and purity. The alcohol content is 38 degrees and 54 degrees.
