Circular motion refers to the circular motion formed by the rise and fall of the twelve meridians.

For example, the liver meridian rises from the left and the gallbladder meridian falls from the right. The pair formed a circular motion.

The lungs descend from top to bottom, and the large intestine descends from bottom to top (hand to head). The pair formed a circular motion.

Similarly, the other four pairs of meridians form four circular movements respectively.
