Diet therapy for urinary tract infection (1)

Urinary tract infections are mostly caused by bacteria invading the urinary system, including pyelonephritis, cystitis and urethritis. The main symptoms of this disease are frequent urination, urgency, dysuria, fever, chills, lumbago, or hematuria and pyuria, which are easy to recur. There are many white blood cells or red blood cells in urine, and there are pathogenic bacteria in urine culture, mostly Escherichia coli. (2) Diet therapy for acute glomerulonephritis.

Acute glomerulonephritis is an allergic reaction caused by streptococcus infection. The main manifestations are oliguria, hematuria, proteinuria, hypertension, edema, low back pain, headache, nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite and so on. If the disease is properly adjusted in diet and nutrition, it can accelerate recovery and prevent it from turning into chronic nephritis.

(1) Restrict protein. During the decomposition of protein in vivo, nitrogen-containing substances such as urea, uric acid and creatinine can be produced, and most of them are excreted by the kidneys. When nephritis occurs, renal function is damaged, urine volume is reduced, and the content of these substances in blood will increase, thus causing poisoning symptoms. Therefore, patients with nephritis should limit the intake of protein. For patients with mild symptoms, protein can be given 30 ~ 40g every day. If oliguria, edema and hypertension occur, the daily supply of protein should be limited to about 20g to reduce the burden on the kidneys. Appropriate selection of high-quality protein food such as milk and eggs.

② The carbohydrate supply should be sufficient. Sufficient carbohydrates can reduce protein decomposition of tissues and make a small amount of protein be used for tissue repair and growth. Therefore, in addition to the staple food, digestible mono-and disaccharide foods, such as honey, juice and dessert, can be appropriately added. We should also appropriately increase fresh vegetables and fruits, which can not only provide a variety of vitamins, but also help the recovery and rehabilitation of nephritis.

③ Limit salt and water. It is particularly important for patients with nephritis, especially those with edema and hypertension, to limit salt and water. For patients with severe oliguria, the daily liquid intake should be limited to 1000ml (including water in food and drink). Sodium can adsorb water and aggravate high blood pressure. Therefore, patients with nephritis should adopt a diet with little salt or no salt. Less salt means that the salt content of 1 day does not exceed 3 grams, including salty food. Salt-free means not adding salt when cooking, and not eating all foods containing sodium, such as pickled products and steamed bread with soda. In the process of avoiding salt, you can season with sugar and vinegar.

4 diet should be taboo. In the recovery period, you can eat yam, red dates, red beans, lotus seeds, mung beans, soft-shelled turtles, etc. to accelerate your recovery.

Do not eat fried or fried food. Irritating food, liver and kidney of animals that can produce purine after metabolism can not be eaten.

⑤ Simple diet therapy. 250g live carp, eviscerated and washed, boiled with 30g adzuki bean. Take it twice, and you can eat it continuously until you are cured. Nephritis can be eaten in early stage and recovery stage; 500 grams of white gourd, red bean 100 grams, stewed in water, and eaten with melon and beans twice a day until the edema subsided; 150g lotus root festival, wash, add 500ml of water, and simmer for 20min to make tea. Nephritis and hematuria can be taken continuously.

(3) Dietotherapy for chronic nephritis

① Patients with chronic nephritis can adopt the following dietotherapy formula combined with drug therapy to promote early recovery.

500 grams of wax gourd, 250 grams of carp, stewed in water. Eat soup, melons and fish;

60 grams of coated peanuts and 60 grams of red dates are decocted with slow fire. Eat peanuts, red dates, drink soup and take it continuously;

Peanut 120g and broad bean 250g are put into a casserole and blanched with three bowls of boiling water. When the water is brownish red, add a proper amount of brown sugar.

30 grams of mulberry, 20 grams of raw coix seed, 20 grams of raisins, and a proper amount of rice to cook porridge, which is eaten twice.

② Patients with proteinuria and no nitrogen deficiency can provide high-protein foods, such as lean meat, eggs, milk and bean products. When edema occurs, the intake of salt should be restricted, and for patients with normal urination, there is no need to restrict the entry of water. At the same time, eating more fresh vegetables and fruits rich in vitamins and minerals is of great benefit to repairing kidney function and maintaining kidney health.

(4) Diet therapy for chronic renal failure.

Chronic renal failure can lead to imbalance of water and electrolyte, so that a series of metabolic wastes such as urea, uric acid and creatinine cannot be excreted and accumulated in blood and tissues. When accumulated to a certain concentration, uremia can occur, with symptoms such as loss of appetite, pallor, nausea, vomiting and diarrhea, often accompanied by bleeding gums and nosebleeds. The focus of diet therapy should be to reduce the burden on the kidneys and reduce the content of toxic substances in blood and tissues.

① Give high quality and low protein. The intake of protein can refer to the low-protein dietary standard for patients with renal failure in China, that is, when the creatinine clearance rate is 1 1 ~ 25ml/min, the serum creatinine is 265 ~ 6 19 μ g/L, and the serum urea nitrogen is10.7 ~ 25mg/L. When the creatinine clearance rate is 7 ~ 10 ml/min, serum muscle W6 19 ~ 769 μ g/L and serum urea nitrogen is 25 ~ 32. 1 mg/L, the daily intake of protein is 20 ~ 25g;. When creatinine clearance rate is less than 7 ml/min, serum creatinine is more than 796 μ g/L and serum urea nitrogen is more than 32. 1 mg/L, the daily intake of protein is 15 ~ 20g.

As far as possible, these protein are provided by foods rich in eight essential amino acids in proper proportion, such as milk, eggs, fresh fish and lean meat. This can not only meet the metabolic needs of protein in the body, but also reduce the accumulation of waste in the body and reduce azotemia.

② The staple food should be low-carbohydrate food containing protein. In a low-protein diet, adequate calorie supply is necessary. Can reduce the decomposition of tissue protein. When patients lose appetite, calories are mainly obtained from carbohydrates. In order to reduce the intake of non-essential amino acids, it is best to use wheat starch as carbohydrate food (that is, flour washed out in protein), and the daily dosage should be above 300g. It can also be served with potatoes, pumpkins, sweet potatoes and vermicelli. Lotus root powder, sugar, honey, etc. Will not increase the burden on the kidneys, and you can choose at will.

③ Supplement sufficient vitamins and inorganic salts. Vitamin C has detoxification function, and B vitamins are related to metabolism and should be fully supplemented. These substances can be satisfied by fresh vegetables and fruits.

(4) according to the illness intake of water and salt. Patients with renal failure need not strictly control the intake of salt and water if their edema is not serious, their urine output is still high and their blood pressure is not high. Because of the lack of salt and water, the blood volume will be reduced, the blood flow of the kidney will be affected, and the retention of metabolic waste will be aggravated. If the patient's urine output is less than 800 ml in 24 hours, a low-salt or salt-free diet should be adopted. If the blood potassium is high, you should choose low-potassium foods, such as pumpkin and lotus root starch.

5 dietary taboos. Patients with chronic renal failure should abstain from alcohol and spicy products, so that the kidneys will no longer be adversely stimulated and the existing functions will be maintained and improved. Try to eat less animal fat to prevent hyperlipidemia and hypertension.

⑥ Simple diet therapy. Use 2 ~ 3 eggs and potatoes 1500g respectively, peel them and make them into egg mashed potatoes, and eat them 5 ~ 6 times a day.

Generally speaking, adult men with normal sexual function have nocturnal emission 1 ~ 2 or 2 ~ 3 times a month, which is within the normal range, and about 80% of men have nocturnal emission. However, if spermatorrhea occurs several times a week or several times a night, or semen is stimulated once, or married men still have spermatorrhea under normal sexual life, accompanied by dizziness, listlessness, insomnia, forgetfulness, backache and leg weakness, it is a pathological state and a manifestation of sexual dysfunction. Because frequent nocturnal emission often makes the cerebral cortex in a state of enhanced excitability, it often causes premature ejaculation, and then becomes inhibited due to excessive excitement, which also produces impotence.

This disease is mostly caused by improper treatment in acute stage and prolonged treatment. Its clinical manifestations are discomfort or burning sensation in urination, or frequent urination, urgency and dysuria. At the end of urination or defecation, white secretions may drip from the urethra, accompanied by lumbosacral pain, lower abdomen and perineal discomfort. In severe cases, it can lead to sexual desire loss, impotence, premature ejaculation, nocturnal emission, general fatigue, insomnia, dreaminess, depression and other symptoms.
