White spots are the places where the heads of rice grains are different from other places, showing white spots. This white spot is actually the germ of rice. If it is new rice, there will be many white spots. If it is old rice, there will be no or almost no white spots because of secondary processing.

If it is new rice, there is no gap or crack, which is the case in old rice. Because old rice is treated at high temperature, cracks will appear on the surface of rice during heating.
