4. All units should speed up the adjustment and integration of internal posts and personnel, innovate labor organizations, make full use of on-the-job human resources, and reduce the impact of personnel retirement on current work.
5. For retirees who leave their posts, the basic salary of their own units shall be reduced according to their per capita basic salary and the number of retirees, and the performance salary base of the division, manufacturers and subsidiaries shall remain unchanged; The performance pay base of other units will not be adjusted during the year, but will be adjusted in the next year according to the per capita performance pay base increment brought by the reduction of production units 1 person (units that do not reduce people do not enjoy the base increment).
6. The group company shall list the living expenses of retirees separately, and all units shall pay them according to the facts.
