2. Wei Guikang, male, was born in June 1938. Binyang, Guangxi, 1964 graduated from Pingle Orthopaedics College, Henan Province, and was assigned to work in Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. He used to be the president of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, the president of Guangxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the director of the Institute of Orthopedics. Now he is the third master of traditional Chinese medicine, tenured professor of guangxi university of chinese medicine, chief physician and postdoctoral tutor.
