Huangdi Neijing puts forward four aspects of health preservation: diet, daily life, exercise and emotion.

The way of keeping in good health in TCM is to maintain life, keep fit and prevent diseases through various methods, so as to achieve the purpose of prolonging life. So how many aspects of health care? Huangdi Neijing puts forward four aspects of health preservation: diet, daily life, exercise and emotion.

Diet: Eat moderately.

Health care first emphasizes "harmonizing yin and yang". Diet is the main way for people to absorb nutrition and energy from the external environment in order to survive. It is the foundation of life activities and is closely related to human survival.

There are four main schools of health preservation in China, all of which have one source: the Book of Changes. Four schools refer to Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism and physicians. Confucianism worships Chongyang, Taoism worships Yin, and Buddhism focuses. Of course, strictly speaking, Buddhism does not talk about keeping in good health, but objectively speaking, Buddhism is the healthiest.

Buddhists say that we should cultivate a vegetarian mentality and develop good living habits: eat less and eat more meals, and only eat seven points full. Eat well in the morning, at noon and at night. What Buddhists call "no food in the afternoon" has some truth. Buddhism believes that bodhisattvas eat in the morning, people eat at noon and animals eat at night.

As far as "drinking" is concerned, China people have three kinds of drinks: drinking, drinking tea and drinking water. Qi Bo's "drinking" here refers to drinking, and drinking should be moderate. Drinking tea should also follow the general principle of "harmony between yin and yang" Huangdi Neijing divides people into five bodies, and tea is divided into six types: green tea, black tea, green tea, white tea, yellow tea and black tea. According to the five elements, tea is divided into five categories, and the five categories of tea correspond to the five elements one by one. People with different constitutions can choose their own tea according to the five elements principle.

Daily life: a regular life

On the one hand, it is mainly to grasp the four daily activities in twelve o'clock-meridian cat tour. That is, midnight11:00-1:00, noon1:00-1:00, 5:00-7:00 am and 5: 00 pm.

Then how should we live and work? Let's start with purple time. Purple is the darkest time of the day, the most prosperous time in Yin Qi, and the time for the Yellow Emperor to keep in good health, that is, when he is exhausted and Yang is about to be born. At this time, all is silent and the night is still. It is time for a deep sleep. Purple stone is water, and water is the source of everything. This is the time when vitality begins to grow. If you are still uneasy and overworked at this time, it will interfere with the communication between Yin and Yang and damage your vitality. According to the theory of six notes on meridians in traditional Chinese medicine, Huangdi keeps in good health, and gallbladder meridian is in season at midnight. "When" means on duty. The five zang-organs, six fu-organs and six fu-organs are all born by gallbladder, and the qi of gallbladder can move with them. So you must fall asleep in the middle of the night, and pay attention to deep sleep, that is, you must fall asleep before 1 1 before midnight, so as to ensure deep sleep in the middle of the night.

The cat market is from 5 am to 7 am. At this time, the sky was basically bright and the Tianmen was wide open. It is normal to get up at five o'clock. At this time, the large intestine passes through, and after getting up, you should defecate normally and discharge garbage and toxins. At dawn, Tianmen will open, so at this time, we should open the tunnel door, even the anus, and develop the habit of defecation in the morning.

At noon, that is, from 1 1: 00 to 1: 00, the sun is shining. After a hard morning, I will feel very tired and a little sleepy at noon. This is the era of the Heart Sutra. A study in Spain and the United States shows that 6:00 am to 65438+ 02:00 noon is the critical period of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, which is the devil's time. So take a nap at noon. Some people say that I can't sleep or have no conditions to sleep. Just close your eyes for a moment. It's best to practice meditation for a while.

At the right time, that is, from 5 pm to 7 pm, the kidney meridian is positive. Kidney governs storing essence. What is the essence? Human kidney essence is the source of life, just like water, it can nourish everything. The essence works. When you need something, you can get it by adjusting the fineness. For example, if you lack red blood cells, sperm will produce red blood cells. Therefore, it is necessary to tonify kidney essence at this time, so that the kidney water will not be exhausted and will not stay.

Exercise: Don't push too hard.

"Labor" is "work", and the work of labor health preservation is exercise. According to modern parlance, do aerobic exercise instead of anaerobic exercise. Anaerobic exercise refers to the high-speed strenuous exercise of human muscles in the state of "hypoxia". This kind of exercise is too intense, with excessive exercise, muscle aches, breathlessness, sweating and exhaustion.

Aerobic exercise refers to the exercise carried out by the human body under the condition of adequate oxygen supply. Aerobic exercise is characterized by low intensity, fast pace and long duration. This kind of exercise can increase oxygen intake, better consume excess calories and fat in the body, and enhance and improve cardiopulmonary function. Common aerobic exercises are: walking, jogging, swimming, cycling, fitness dancing, aerobics and so on. Of course, there are Tai Ji Chuan, Baduanjin, Wuqinxi and Yoga.

Spirit: Form and Spirit

The real good medicine for health preservation is the vitality in the body. Essence, qi and spirit are also called the three treasures of life: there are three treasures of the sun, the moon and the stars in the sky, three treasures of fire, water and wind on the ground, and three treasures of the gods in people. Essence, ability and spirit. Essence is the most subtle substance in life, qi is the vitality of life, and God is the supreme master of life.

The symbolic symbol of China culture-Taiji Map vividly depicts the relationship between God, energy and God, and the relationship between them. Of the three treasures of the human body, God is the most important. God can guide essence, and Tai Chi diagram is driven by the white part (God). The most fundamental requirement of health preservation is to return to the harmony and unity of spirit and essence, and to maintain an endless and vibrant state.
