Oil and oil filter elements must be made of original parts and replaced according to the specified maintenance interval. The old machine needs more careful maintenance, and the replacement time of the oil filter can be shortened appropriately to make the engine life longer.

Try to use diesel provided by regular gas stations. Don't add diesel oil directly to the fuel tank even if it is added at a regular gas station. Filter it before adding it (the common method is to put socks on the aerator). Before starting work every day, drain the water at the bottom of the diesel tank and oil-water separator. Buy diesel filter from the manufacturer and replace it according to the specified maintenance cycle. (To clarify, the filter paper of the main factory is relatively thin, and the trapped impurities are large, which is easy to block, while the filter replacement cycle of the auxiliary factory is relatively short, so the filter that is not blocked for a long time is a good filter. )

Check the air filter frequently. When the outer filter element is full of dust, use compressed air to blow it from the inside out. The air pressure should not be too high to prevent the filter from being blown out. The internal filter cannot be cleaned. After cleaning the external filter for 2 or 3 times, replace the internal filter with a new one.

Do not idle for a long time to save fuel and prevent carbon deposition.

2. Hydraulic pressure:

Replace the hydraulic oil, oil return filter element and pilot filter element according to the specified maintenance cycle, and pay attention to whether iron chips and copper chips are adsorbed on the filter element.

When the crusher is used, the deterioration of hydraulic oil is accelerated and the replacement cycle is shortened.

Don't work without oil for a long time.

Pay attention to exhaust air after replacing hydraulic oil or hydraulic components.

3. Electrical:

Pay attention to waterproof, don't set foot in deep water operation, and don't wash electrical components directly with water when cleaning.

Don't pile up sundries in the battery box, especially metal tools, which may cause fire.

Don't replace insurance with iron wire and copper wire, and don't replace it with unqualified insurance.

When the excavator is parked for a long time, the battery cable should be unplugged to prevent power supply.

4. Machinery:

Gear oil should be changed regularly for rotary reducer and walking reducer.

Pay attention to clean up the dirt and sundries on the pin shaft and add butter.

When water overflows the rotating gear ring during wading operation, pay attention to replacing the butter in the rotating gear ring.

Pay attention to the rust prevention of piston rod.

When the excavator is parked for a long time, the exposed metal parts are coated with butter to prevent rust.
