Baili rhododendron scenic spot
Baili Rhododendron Scenic Area is located in the northwest of Guizhou Province, in the middle of Bijie Prefecture. The total area is about 125.8 square kilometers. Rhododendron trees in the scenic area are dense, tall, cold-resistant and have a long flowering period, and are known as "natural gardens on the plateau". * * * There are 23 species of rhododendrons, and 4 subgenus out of 5 subgenus in the world gather here. During the flowering period from March to May, you can enjoy pure white, silver powder, pink, scarlet, milky red, goose yellow, orange red, pink, lavender and purple azaleas. The natural rhododendron forest belt in the territory stretches for hundreds of miles. Every spring, summer and March, all kinds of azaleas compete to open, colorful and beautiful, and are known as "the ribbon of the earth, the garden of the world, a paradise for health and summer".
