How did the tea wake up? How to calculate the time to wake up tea?
Every time you brew tea, first observe the dry tea state of this tea to decide whether it is necessary to wake up the tea, which way to wake up the tea, and calculate the length of time to wake up the tea, so that this tea can achieve the best release state during brewing.

No matter what kind of tea it is, if it is fresh, there is no need to wake up the tea. The older the tea, the more you need to wake up.

Different methods of waking up tea do not change with it. When brewing black tea, green tea and black tea, the method is to take them out of the preserved state, put them into the brewer and wake them up with water. Even green tea, yellow tea and white tea, as long as the freshness is not enough, it is necessary to use the method of water proofing, that is, "wet proofing" to wake tea leaves, which has reached the best state. The way to sober up tea leaves is to take them out of the cold storage, put them into a high-temperature scalded brewer, and then sober up with boiling water at about 85℃. Tea leaves are soaked in the water column, soaked in dry tea, covered with a pot cover, and the water is immediately poured out. Wake up for no more than 5 seconds.

If it is old black tea, the procedure of waking up tea is relatively complicated. The first step is to "wake up" by changing the storage mode of tea, so as to wake up the quality of tea and reunite the fragrance of tea. The second step is "wet proofing". On the basis of dry proofing, water and temperature are used to help the tea to stretch, so that the tea can be fully proofed, which is conducive to releasing the best quality of tea during formal brewing.

Dry wake-up steps:

1. Solve the tea first. If it is a tea cake, you can feed the knife horizontally along the edge from the side of the tea cake when you untie the tea; When the tea brick enters the knife from the side, it is easier to cut the tea into two pieces and then divide them into small pieces; Tuocha is generally pressed tightly and can be dissolved from the edge or side. Try to keep the integrity of the leaves and open tea according to the rules of the leaves.

2. Put the dissolved tea stand in a clean and odorless shade, let the tea breathe naturally and dispel the odor in the tea. When spreading, cover the tea with a layer of cotton paper or rice paper to avoid falling ash; Avoid sun exposure and long-term illumination. The time of spreading depends on the situation of tea. The light taste can last for two to three days, and the heavy taste can last for a week or two.

3. Keep it in a awake teapot. After ventilation, put the loose tea into a ventilated, odorless and dry purple sand jar to make it wake up naturally and return to the air. It will take about one to three months to wake up after receiving the purple sand jar.

Steps to wake up wet:

1. First, warm water is injected into the empty pot, which is called "warm pot" to increase the temperature of the pot body, so that it will not be absorbed by the pot and reduce the heat when refilling.

2. After pouring out the warm pot of water, put the tea into the teapot and inject hot water again to wake up the sleeping tea.
