The method of activating qi is a static self-directed method, which mainly cultivates qi by concentrating on regulating breath, so as to achieve the effects of dredging collaterals, regulating yin, regulating Yang Qi and regulating blood, preventing and treating diseases and prolonging life.

This method was compiled by Li Shaobo, a close friend, according to the theory of Huangdi Neijing and the experience of ancient Qigong, such as Xiao Zhoutian method, combined with his own practical experience.

[Basic content]

The specific exercise methods of this therapy are as follows:

First, the posture of practicing martial arts: mainly sitting flat, the chair surface can be padded, and the chair surface is required to be the same height as the calf; Hip 1/2- 1/3 sits on the stool surface, with feet parallel, feet touching the ground and perpendicular to the lower leg, lower leg perpendicular to the thigh, and upper leg perpendicular to the upper body; The distance between knees is two fists wide, the palms naturally cover the thighs, the shoulders droop, the chest is raised, the head droops, the jaw shrinks, the tongue touches the upper jaw, the mouth and eyes are lightly closed, and the eyes and ears listen to breathing. If you are used to sitting in a plate, you can sit in a plate. You can stand, lie, sit and walk when you are skilled.

Second, breathing and thinking: this therapy is to breathe through the nose. At the beginning of practice, the mind only needs to pay attention to exhaling, trying to be deep, long, thin and even, while inhaling and letting it be natural without any distractions. With the deepening of practice, breathing and thoughts should be properly adjusted.

Third, work: Before the end of each exercise, relax and warm your palms, such as washing your face for a few weeks, and then get up and move slowly.

Four or five-step training method:

Step 1: Breathe out and pay attention to your heart. When preparing for exercise, you should close your eyes slightly, look at the tip of your nose for a while, then close your eyes and look at your heart, listen to your breath and make no noise. With each exhalation, the mind is released from the throat to the heart socket, which gradually slows down and stretches as long as possible. The time of each exhalation is 8- 12 times per minute. Let nature take its course when inhaling, without thinking or knowing. If you have distractions during the exercise, use the interest-bearing method: just count the times of exhaling, from 1- 10, and then back to 1- 10, and so on until the distractions subside, that is, no interest is needed. The training time of this step is 20 minutes three times a day. Try to fix the practice time every day, and it is easy to form a conditioned reflex. If you can't fix the time, it is essential to do it three times a day. After practicing for about 3-5 days, my heart feels heavy and my heart feels warm 10 days. Step 2: Interest Follow the trend of Dantian. When the first step is to practice until you feel hot in your heart every time you exhale, you can follow your intention. Every time you exhale, the hot airflow from the heart will gradually extend downward and gradually move to the abdomen (lower abdomen). But we must pay attention to relaxing nature and not be too deliberate and hasty. If you practice kung fu three times a day for about half an hour each time, about 10 days, you can feel the feeling of a heat flow in your breath every time. At this time, there may be gurgling sound in the lower abdomen, increased qi, increased appetite, and abnormal urination and defecation gradually become normal.

Step 3: Adjust your breath and stay in your abdomen. Next, when there is heat flow sinking in the abdomen every time you exhale, and the abdomen is warm and hot, stop breathing in the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally, that is, stay in the abdomen and don't care too much about exhaling. Practice kung fu three times a day for about 40 minutes each time. This step takes about 40 days of exercise, and you can feel an "air mass" forming in your abdomen. With the accumulation of kung fu, the air mass gradually increases and the lower abdomen is full and powerful. Sometimes there will be vaginal itching, perineal pulsation, fever in the kidney area and limbs. These phenomena or feelings can vary from person to person. Generally, those who suffer from insomnia, impotence, irregular menstruation and abnormal defecation can gradually improve.

Step 4: Don't forget to help the governor. Next, when the true qi in the abdomen is enriched to a certain extent, it will go up along the spine. At this point, the mind must follow it up and not be distracted by other things (don't forget); When it stops somewhere and doesn't go up or even back, don't intentionally guide it up (don't help it). Because the rising speed depends entirely on the enrichment degree of qi in the abdomen, the richer the abdomen, the greater the upward force and the faster the speed; On the contrary, the upward movement stops or even goes backwards. It is often difficult to get through the "Jade Pillow Pass" at the back of the head. You can look at the top of your head, and generally you can pass the jade pillow pass. This step is a key step. The daily exercise frequency can be appropriately increased to 4-5 times, and each time it takes about 1 hour. Generally, within a week, the airflow can pass through the "Jade Pillow Pass". This also varies from person to person, the fastest one can pass at once, and the intensity is also fierce; The second must be several times; It takes a few days to be slow; Individuals may find it difficult to pass for a long time because of special circumstances. In the process of practicing this step, you may have a strong back and tight head, which is a sign before you break through the barrier and you can't relax your doubts; After customs clearance (tail, spine, jade pillow) naturally relaxed and happy. After customs clearance, when exhaling, the heat flow goes straight to the lower abdomen, and when inhaling, the heat flow goes over the top of the head to the mouth, forming a governor-governor cycle (that is, "small Sunday"). At this point, anyone suffering from dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, low libido, irregular menstruation, palpitation, shortness of breath, trance and other symptoms can be significantly improved, and long-term persistence is expected to recover. People who are not sick can also be light, agile and energetic.

Step 5: Shen Yuan preserves its strength and breeds vitality. After the formation of Ren-Du circulation, it is generally still intended for the lower abdomen, and other meridians can be opened one after another. If there is strength in the top of your head, you can switch to the abdomen (in the brain) and master it flexibly. The training time is still about one hour three times a day. During this period, the scalp will itch, the tip of the tongue will tremble, the whole body will run around when there is current, the skin will itch when ants crawl, the eyebrows and the bridge of the nose will be tense, and the ring head will be tight, which varies from person to person. Don't be afraid and don't pursue. After about a month, all kinds of movements will naturally calm down gradually. After that, all kinds of chronic diseases can be obviously improved or cured. This method is suitable for the treatment of various chronic diseases. According to the clinical verification in recent years, there are some curative effects: chronic rhinitis, cold, pharyngolaryngitis, bronchitis, esophagitis, gastritis, ulcer, gastroptosis, hepatitis, cirrhosis, gallstones, colitis, gastrointestinal neurosis, intestinal adhesion, nephritis, impotence, premature ejaculation, nocturnal emission, irregular menstruation, low libido and nervousness. People who are not sick can also practice this method for health care.

1, practice this method must be in a quiet room, the intensity of light and shade is appropriate, the air circulation is fresh, and it is not allowed to be directly exposed to the wind.

2. When you are hungry, full, angry and scared, don't practice martial arts reluctantly, but wait until it is calm.

3. Practice time should be during the day to avoid all interference. When the weather changes dramatically, storms and thunder and lightning will not be practiced for the time being. If there is unexpected interference in practice (such as sudden noise, someone screaming or breaking into the practice room, etc.). ), there is no need to panic, you must slowly relax. After temporary work, sit up slowly and deal with it, and then practice after you regain your calm.

4. Those who use this method should pay attention to moderation, calmness, moderate rest and rest, light diet, and avoid spicy, fishy and sticky things. 5. Those who use this law must abstain from sex before customs clearance, so as not to affect the process. After customs clearance, you must also exercise restraint and remain energetic.

This method is not difficult to practice, as long as it is practiced as required, there will be no deviation. The exercise steps are orderly, and each has its own reaction or effect to prove that the treatment range is wider. Its disadvantage is that it needs a quiet practice environment and more practice time.

This method has the function of tonifying kidney and brain. After the Du meridian runs through, the true qi runs in any Du meridian (small Sunday), and the scalp Baihui point and Dantian generate attractive magnetic force. In this way, the harmony and yang in the kidney can reach the medullary sea, replenish the brain, and the essence of the five internal organs can return to the abdomen to replenish the kidney essence. The two complement each other and make the human body rejuvenate. Physiologically speaking, the infiltration of Du meridian can stimulate the adrenal gland and pituitary gland to stimulate each other, nourish each other and grow vigorously. As early as the early Warring States period, there was a record about the movement of Qi in the book Yu Peiming, which pointed out: "Qi is deep, so it exists, so it stretches, so it is fixed, so it is fixed, so it sprouts, so it is long, so it is long, so it retreats, so it is heaven, heaven, earth and harmony. After passing through the perineum, tail and life gate, it moves backward, the spine goes up, goes straight to the mind through the jade pillow, and then goes down to the abdomen, which is called Xiao Zhoutian. Step 1: Breathe out and pay attention to your heart. Methods: Standing, sitting and lying level, lips slightly closed, upper jaw slightly closed, eyes slightly closed, to eliminate distractions. Pay attention to the tip of your nose for a while, then close your eyes and look at your heart. Listen carefully to your exhalation with your ears so that it doesn't make a rough sound, and your thoughts tend to your heart with your exhalation. Breathe in without thinking, and let it go. After a long time, the true qi is concentrated in the heart. If you are still confused, you can use the "interest method". That is, call one silently, and then call two silently, so that you can count to ten, and then repeat the operation from the beginning until the distractions no longer rise, and you can give up the counting method. When you are quiet, when you exhale, the true qi will enter your stomach. Don't disturb the sound. Time: morning 1 time, evening 1 time, morning1day, * * 3 times, 20 minutes each time. Generally 10 days can complete the first step. Reaction: After practicing for 3-5 days, my heart is very heavy. For 5- 10 days, every time you exhale, you feel a heat flow injected into your heart, which is the expression of gas concentration. Effect: In the first few days, I felt dizzy, backache and unnatural breathing because I was not used to it. This is a natural phenomenon. Don't worry, as long as I keep exercising, I will become natural.

Step 2: Follow the trend of abdomen. Method: When you practice every exhalation in the first step, that is, after you feel a fever in your heart, you can follow the trend of your abdomen. When exhaling, you should prolong the sinking process and slowly and naturally push the lower abdomen (abdomen). Don't rush it, you will feel uncomfortable if you push too hard. Time: three times a day, 25-35 minutes each time, 10 day, can sink into the abdomen. Response: Every time I hear a sound, I feel a heat flow entering the abdomen, and the lower abdomen sometimes rings, and the intestinal peristalsis increases, and the phenomenon of gas rising increases. This is the expression that the true qi is transported to the lower abdomen, the intestinal function changes, and the evil qi is expelled. Results: The function of spleen and stomach was improved because the qi passed through the stomach area. After the gas sinks into the abdomen, the surrounding organs (such as large intestine, small intestine, bladder, kidney, etc. ) physiological changes have gradually occurred, and it is generally felt that appetite has increased and defecation has improved abnormally.

Step 3: Pay attention to the abdomen by adjusting breathing: When the abdomen feels obvious in step 2, you can stop breathing in the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally. Don't pay too much attention to exhaling downward, so as not to have too much fever and consume vaginal fluid. You can breathe naturally and only put your thoughts on your abdomen. Time: 3 times a day, each time increased to more than half an hour. This period is the stage of cultivating strength in Tian Dan, which takes a long time, and you can feel the fullness and strength of the lower abdomen in about 40 days. Reaction: Based on the second step of abdominal air sinking, the lower abdomen was obviously heated, and an airflow was formed in the lower abdomen ten days later. With the deepening of kung fu, the airflow is getting bigger and bigger, and the strength of the lower abdomen is also enriched. When you have enough strength, you can swim. At this moment, practitioners sometimes feel itchy genitals, perineum beating, waist fever and so on. Sooner or later, the above feelings may vary from person to person. Effect: Because the pulse condition is smooth, the heart and kidney intersect, the middle qi is vigorous, the mind is calm and the sleep is quiet. By continuously supplying heat energy to the stomach and intestines, it can enhance the digestion ability of the spleen and stomach, increase weight, be full of energy, and enhance renal function, which has a certain curative effect on female impotence and irregular menstruation.

Step 4: Don't forget to help the governor. Methods: The abdomen was observed for 40 days, and the qi was enriched to some extent. When you have enough strength, you should walk up the spine. When you go up, your consciousness should be accompanied by qi (don't forget). If the breath stops somewhere, don't use your consciousness to guide you up (don't help). The speed of this rise is determined by the strength of Tian Chan. If the strength is not enough, it will stop. After the abdominal strength is enriched, it will naturally continue to rise. If you rush through customs and try to guide, you will be out of touch with the strength of Tian Dan, which is very harmful. Therefore, we must let it go, and the activities of the true qi are independent of human will. Jade pillow can't pass, you can pass the first item of endoscope. Time: the number of sitting exercises can be increased as appropriate every day, and each time should be extended to about 40 minutes or an hour. As for the customs clearance time, it varies from person to person, and some people pass it instantly, so the passing force is very strong and the vibration is great. It will take hours or days for a person. Most of them are in a week or so. Reaction: On the basis of the third step, the practitioner feels that the abdomen is full, the lower abdomen is full, the perineum is beating, the lower back is hot, the vital qi is active (that is, "qi between the kidneys"), and there is a force moving up along the spine. Before the Du meridian is unblocked, the back often feels upward, while the head feels tight, which is an inevitable phenomenon before the Du meridian is unblocked. Unfortunately, some people often dare not practice again and give up all their efforts. We must persist in practicing martial arts at this stage. After the Governor's passing, he was naturally relaxed and happy, which was a leap, so he called it "accumulating gas into the sky". Effect: After the Du meridian is unobstructed, one breath of qi enters the field list, one breath of qi enters the mind, and one breath forms the Ren Du cycle. Only in this way can we realize the true meaning of "breathing the essence and keeping the spirit independently". Essence constantly nourishes the brain marrow and enhances the function of cerebral cortex. Symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, backache and leg weakness caused by kidney essence deficiency will gradually disappear.

Step 5: Shen Yuan's method of saving energy: Generally speaking, he still intends to stay in Dantian. After Tongdu, all meridians were opened one after another. If the action force appears in Baihui point of the head item, the head item can be kept. Flexible mastery, the so-called "desire to understand, no desire to understand" is also the treatment method in different stages of practice. Time: 3 times a day, each time 1 hour, the longer the time, the better the effect. It will take about a month, and all kinds of touching phenomena will gradually disappear. Only the residual strength of Dantian and Shangdantian is more concentrated and vigorous. Reaction: In the dozens of days before and after the dredging of Du meridian, the whole body often feels wandering, the skin itches and crawls like an insect, all of which are manifestations of smooth meridians and vigorous qi. In this case, don't pursue it deliberately, and don't panic. Sit down and you will naturally calm down. When sitting extremely quietly, the above phenomenon disappears and snores slightly. If there is nothing, the internal qi will be more concentrated and vigorous. Efficacy: The more abundant the true qi is, the more it can fully compensate and enhance the metabolic function of the body, thus making people energetic, enhancing their immunity to diseases, greatly reducing and eliminating pathogenic factors, curing chronic diseases, and persisting in exercise can make people physically and mentally healthy and prolong life.

The above five steps are gradual, and there will be three different changes in the whole process of qi movement. The first, second and third steps are to adjust breathing to promote qi. The true qi in the body is concentrated in the abdomen, which was called "practicing essence" in ancient times, which is the first stage; The fourth step is to use the qi accumulated in the abdomen to scour the Du meridian and reach the mind directly. This paragraph is called "practicing qi" and is the second stage; After the fifth step, kung fu is more proficient. Because the meridians are unobstructed and the true qi is there, it runs freely. This is an advanced stage, called "practicing spirit to return to emptiness". Only by mastering the five steps and three stages of qi movement can we achieve remarkable results.
