The secretions just spit out from the ear glands look a bit like melted wax at first. They are mixed with the oil discharged from sebaceous glands to form a thin layer and adhere to the skin surface. These primitive earwax appear together with the dust in the ear canal and the broken skin. After drying, they become small yellowish loose slices and accumulate in the ear canal eyes.

Some people's ear glands and sebaceous glands secrete too much, and the brown and oily viscous substances discharged have accumulated in the outer eyes before they are dried, and some even flow out of the ears, and some are caked. These are collectively referred to as soft earwax, commonly known as "oil ear" and medically known as oil ear. Do it 64 times before going to bed every day, or 32 times in the morning and 32 times in the evening. No matter where you are, you are basically not limited by location. Doing it every day can prevent dizziness, tinnitus, deafness and inner ear diseases.

Drumming before going to bed also helps to improve sleep. The second measure is to fight against diseases such as tinnitus.

Cover your ears with your palm, and tap the forefinger, middle finger and ring finger near Fengfu point 36 times. This point is above the middle of hairline 1 inch, touching the back of the earlobe. There is a convex bone called "mastoid", and there is a shallow concave from the lower part of this bone along the trailing edge, touching the upper bone.

Then block the ear hole with your index finger, press the ear door, and suddenly put it three times each. Adhering to this method can enhance hearing, wake up and enlighten the mind, and prevent and treat diseases such as dizziness, tinnitus, deafness and brain ringing.

The third measure is to rub the earlobe. Many old people say that people with big earlobes are blessed. In fact, no matter how big the earlobe is, as long as you remember it often and rub it more, it will also bring you healthy gospel. How to rub the earlobe? Put your hands on the roots of your ears, put your forefinger and middle finger before and after your ears, put your middle finger in front of your ears and put your forefinger behind your ears.

Then start from the earlobe, hold the ear and push it upward, pay attention to a certain strength, and cling to the auricle until the tip of the ear. Fifty times a day.
