(2) Origin

? There are two theories about the origin of this method. First, it originated in ancient India, where yoga, Buddhism, Hinduism and Bonism are all passed down. Second, it originated in ancient China. The Book of Changes, Tao Te Ching, Huangdi Neijing and Zhouyi Shentongqi all have related descriptions. However, the above contents are not clear, the operability is not strong, and there are great differences.

? According to his own personal practice, Li Shaobo, a centenarian sage, carefully arranged and passed on the traditional oriental static kung fu, and after many disciples' tests, he got this highly operational and effective achievement method, that is, the true qi operation method.

Second, practical taboos.

Any achievement method is a double-edged sword. Proper practice will benefit you more; If you practice improperly, you will suffer. And any achievement method needs long-term persistence to be effective. So, have confidence; Perseverance, perseverance; An in-depth and long-term fumigation process. It can't be done overnight. In addition, there are requirements or constraints, or taboos.

? 1. Don't be impatient. Step by step, slow stew. Good food is not afraid of being late. In the process of exercise, let nature take its course, don't be too greedy, don't force it, and don't have delusions. Take your time. The more urgent, the slower. Peace of mind and letting nature take its course is the best mentality. It means "quell nothingness, and the true qi follows." The progress of others is not necessarily the same as yours. Others may get through in three days, and you may need three months. So, follow your own rhythm. Not afraid of slowness, but afraid of urgency. The slower the speed, the longer the duration. Therefore, we must learn to test, dare to turn back and dare to retreat when encountering obstacles. If you can't attack for a long time, you won't fight. If it takes a long time, the obstacles will collapse. Never act rashly. Otherwise, it's too late to regret it, and acrobatics won't hurt you.

? 2. Be careful. We should have confidence in this achievement method, and don't doubt its authenticity and reliability as soon as we encounter obstacles. In the process of practice, there will inevitably be confusion, impatience and misunderstanding. Individuals are very different and feel different. The feelings of others can only be referenced, not superstitious. Others have it, but you may not have it. Don't be afraid when you are in trouble. You can start all over again and try again and again until you succeed. There are not many cases of one-time completion. Be mentally prepared.

? 3. Don't be afraid. In the process of exercise, many physiological changes will occur on the body, and various touching phenomena will occur. These are natural phenomena. Never experienced it before. Not a monster in action, and without the help of a fairy, master architect. This is just a physiological phenomenon. Don't be paranoid. Take it in stride and let it be. Don't deliberately pursue fantasy. Without ghosts and gods, these phenomena will gradually disappear.

? 3. pranayama requires breathing through the nose, not through the mouth; Require natural breathing, that is, natural exhalation and inhalation, do not artificially take deep breaths, and do not change the original breathing frequency.

? 4. Don't exercise when you are hungry, full, angry or scared. Wind, rain and thunder are not suitable for practice.

? 5. Abstinence. Before the Governor takes office, we must conserve our energy and control our sex life so as not to affect our progress. If a woman has a period, don't stay in the lower abdomen, but stay in the middle abdomen (heart socket). Early pregnancy (1-4 months) is not suitable for exercise, but it can be exercised in the middle and late stages.

? 6. Stop eating. Eat less meat and be more vegetarian. Especially eat less dinner. Don't eat onions, garlic, leeks, stinky tofu and smelly things, especially when practicing in groups, eat lightly, and people with heavy body odor should not practice in groups.

? 7. abstain from greed. When you start training, you should have less time, not too much time. Don't expect to pass the governor in a few days. Not much practice. If you practice for a long time, you can pass the governor quickly. Being right is better than going too far. In addition, we should have a correct understanding of the rulers and a normal heart. Copper is not the ultimate goal. Doesn't mean all the diseases are gone. More can't cure all diseases. The process of practicing acrobatics focuses on cultivating health awareness, diverting attention, making people quiet, not afraid of loneliness and having something to do. Never be superstitious.

? 8. Don't specialize. At the beginning, we should do more work and less static work. Promote the emission of qi. Don't accumulate too much gas in your body, and you should dissipate gas after practice. You can use the method of hitting and dragging behind you to disperse the air.

? 9. Quit the chaos. At the beginning of training, you should have a quiet heart and a quiet environment. The environment is noisy and the smell is foul. Are you worried or at leisure? It is not suitable for practice. When the heart is too chaotic, first use sincere repentance, vows and good deeds (universal respect, universal compassion and universal love) to transform. Practice when the time is right.

10. Tired. Don't be too tired, otherwise it will not be sustainable.

? 1 1. Stay away from evil. Doing good is more than doing evil, so as not to change your mind.

? 12. Nine precepts are strong. The heart that cannot be forced is unwilling, the situation is unfavorable, the fortune is not good, the gas is not smooth, and the strength is not good. Strength leads to disaster. Comply with nature. You can only get it by fate.

? 13. quit. You shouldn't practice when you sleep at night. So as not to disturb sleep and affect the law of work and rest. You must practice after waking up during the day. You can practice while sleeping.

? 14. Stop breathing. Practitioners should not be angry. The deeper the work, the greater the harm of anger. Therefore, people with low self-cultivation, easy to get angry, emotional, violent and unable to be ninjas are all vulnerable. Instead, I suffer from practicing martial arts. Without virtue, the more you practice, the more harmful it will be. Therefore, the preacher must know the goal and see if he has enough training conditions. If there are no conditions, you must not force it.

? 15. Quit and never make money. Excessive greed for money will lead to disaster. Doing good without profit, virtue is self-contained, and virtue is self-accumulated.

Third, the key to the achievement method

? Li Shaobo, a centenarian, summed up five sentences with his own life experience. It embodies the great love, great respect and great mission spirit of the sages. Think carefully about every word. Don't want to say another word. So don't be too little. A true story, a false story about thousands of books. Every sentence is worth a thousand words, so you must memorize it first.

? Exhale is in the heart, intention and interest follow the trend of Tian Chan.

Breathe well, stay in your abdomen, and don't forget to help the governor.

? Yuan Shen accumulates strength and breeds vitality.

Fourth, practice posture.

1, sit. There are two kinds of sitting posture: cross-legged and hanging legs. You can choose according to your own situation. For beginners, if you have difficulty sitting cross-legged, you can use the hanging leg (chair stool) sitting style. Because the lumbar spine is not good, I like lying and walking.

(1) Sit cross-legged. Cross-legged sitting can be divided into three postures: double plate, single plate and free leg. "Double plate" is to put the left foot on the right thigh, then move the right foot to the left thigh, and put the hands together in front of the lower abdomen; "Single disc" means putting the right leg on the left leg, and the gesture is the same as before; "Free cross-legged" is a posture of crossing one's legs and sitting casually. It is the sitting posture of "how comfortable and how to come".

(2) Hang your legs and sit. Sit on chairs and stools of suitable height. When sitting down, it is 90 degrees from the thigh and calf; The calf is perpendicular to the ground; Feet parallel to the ground; The distance between knees is based on the ability to put down two fists (fist eyes are opposite). Put your palms down and naturally put them on your thighs. Shoulders droop naturally; Keep your waist straight, don't push, don't hunch your chest. Slight recovery of mandible; Hanging overhead. It is advisable to be straight and natural. This is the most commonly used posture.

2. Horizontal. Right implantation; Stretch your legs; Bend your legs; Bend your right arm and put it on the pillow in front of you; Put your left hand on your left hip. This is an auxiliary method of sitting, which can be used by the weak.

3. stand. There are various postures for standing, so I won't introduce them here. A more convenient posture is to stand side by side with two palms on the abdomen: the left palm on the abdomen and the center of the right palm on the back of the left hand. Relaxation of shoulders and elbows; Pull back with your chest; Open-minded and practical; Eyes half open and half closed; Other requirements are to sit together.

4. Linetype. When walking and walking, keep your eyes on the front three or five steps, keep your nose still and adjust your walking speed. Generally, three steps are one breath, one step is one breath, and four steps constitute a complete breath. Long-term adherence to this exercise method can enhance physical strength and endurance.

3. Ears. Pay attention to your breathing; Try not to make heavy gasps when breathing; Keep calm and natural; Don't hold your breath; Take as few deep breaths as possible; Avoid suffocation. It is an effective way to concentrate your thoughts by mobilizing your ears and listening to your breath.

4. Take a deep breath. In the process of practicing the true qi operation method, you only need to pay attention to exhalation; Inhale, let nature take its course, and pay no attention. After the abdomen is full of true qi, it will naturally run through the Du meridian. At that time, you will feel: one breath of true qi enters the abdomen, and one breath of true qi enters the brain along the Du meridian. The so-called "inhalation into the abdomen, inhalation into the brain". This is taken for granted in long-term practice. There is no need to pursue it deliberately. When the training time has accumulated to a certain stage, you don't need to pay attention to breathing. At this stage, breathing will feel very thin and long, if nothing. Reached the real natural state.

5. Accept the job. There are five actions to do to collect work: slowly open your eyes; Rub your hands; Wipe your face; Comb your hair; Then stand up and move slowly.

6. Abnormal reaction

In the process of practicing qi and running, there will be various touching phenomena in the body. The ancients summed up eight kinds, called "eight touches": light and heavy, cold and hot, itchy and numb. Sometimes I feel my body is "big", sometimes I feel my body is "small", sometimes I feel my body is "light", sometimes I feel my body is "heavy" like a boulder, sometimes I feel my body is "cold", and the feeling of "hot" appears fastest and most, and I also feel itchy and numb. In addition to the above "eight touches", some people also appear in actual practice: spontaneous movement, light perception, disability, differences and other phenomena. These all vary from person to person. But in most cases it is eight touches. My personal feeling is the feeling of "overcurrent", that is, the feeling of micro-current movement. It was called mystery in ancient times. Because electricity had not been discovered at that time, there was no way to describe it. This feeling of "micro-electric shock" should be a natural electrical phenomenon in the process of human gas movement. These phenomena are all manifestations of qi movement in the body and are all positive and beneficial.

Some people encounter this phenomenon, think that something is wrong, have doubts and have a heavy psychological burden. Some people are too curious to pursue these phenomena, and the more they pay attention to them, the worse they get, so that they can't control them. These are all reasons for not knowing the natural laws of human body. Knowing the movement law of Qi, you will not be curious, pursue it deliberately or even panic when you encounter this touching phenomenon. This is the process of balancing the voltage in the body during the operation of human qi. With the increase of exercise time, the voltage in the body is generally balanced. All kinds of abnormal phenomena naturally cease to exist.

Six, the specific achievement method-five-step operation method and essentials

The first step is to exhale and pay attention to the heart.

? 1. method. Prepare for practice, relax, concentrate and keep your thoughts in it. When you exhale, your consciousness tends to the heart as you exhale.

? 2. Time. If you want to finish the first step of exercise as scheduled, you must make certain arrangements in time. If conditions permit, it is more helpful to practice at a fixed time every day and form a habit. It doesn't matter if there is no fixed time, as long as you take the time to practice. It is required to be 20 minutes three times a day in the morning and evening. If you operate carefully, you can complete the first step in a week or so.

? 3. effect. In the first few days, because they were not used to it and their posture was not accurate enough, some comrades felt dizzy, their backs were sore, their breathing was unnatural, and the tip of their tongue could not touch the upper jaw. This is a natural phenomenon. Don't worry, as long as you keep exercising as required, you will get better slowly.

The second step is to follow the trend of Tian Dan.

? 1. method. When the first step is to feel the fever in the heart socket with each exhalation, you can follow suit and pay attention to the abdomen with your own exhalation from the heart socket. Don't worry. It is uncomfortable to exert too much force to produce a high fever.

? 2. Time. According to the law, three times a day, each time for 25 minutes or half an hour, can sink into the abdomen in about ten days.

? 3. effect. Because the true qi has passed through the stomach area, the function of the spleen and stomach has been improved. After the true qi sinks into the abdomen, the surrounding organs such as large intestine, bladder and kidney gradually undergo physiological changes, and generally feel an increase in appetite; Abnormal defecation has been improved to varying degrees.

The third step is to adjust the breath and stay in the abdomen.

Careful observation of the abdomen is the principle that the practice of promoting qi and keeping in good health has always adhered to. When the true qi in the abdomen is enriched to a certain extent, it will naturally run along the meridians. The strength of this operation is based on the strength of the abdomen. Don't use consciousness to guide, let nature take its course, do whatever you want, stop whenever you want, and subjective guidance will go wrong.

? 1. method. When the second step makes the abdomen feel obvious, you can stop the exhalation of the abdomen intentionally or unintentionally. Don't pay too much attention to exhaling downward, so as not to be too hot, consume vaginal fluid and make the mistake of "eating gas in a big fire". Breathe naturally, just leave your thoughts in your abdomen and keep warm with slow fire. That's what "less anger" means.

? 2. Time. Three times a day or more. More than half an hour at a time. This period is the stage of cultivating Tian Chan's strength. It takes a long time, and you can feel the fullness and strength of the lower abdomen in about a month.

? 3. effect. Because the pulse condition is smooth, the heart and kidney intersect, the middle qi is vigorous, the mind is peaceful and the sleep is quiet. Anyone who suffers from heart fire, insomnia, dreaminess and unhealthy heart has improved. By constantly supplying heat energy to the stomach and intestines, the digestion and absorption capacity of the spleen and stomach can be enhanced, the weight can be increased, the spirit can be full, and the kidney function can be enhanced. Impotence has been greatly improved, and irregular menstruation in women has been improved to varying degrees. Kidney full of water, liver proud. Therefore, at this stage, patients with chronic hepatitis and early cirrhosis have improved significantly. Keep exercising and recover naturally.

The fourth step is to help the Governor.

? 1. method. In principle, we should follow the third step. When the true qi goes up along the Du meridian, consciousness should follow the upward force. This is, don't forget. If you stop somewhere, don't use your head to guide you. This is not a favor.

? 2. Time. The number of daily exercises can be appropriately increased, and the time of each exercise should be extended to about 40 minutes or an hour. Everyone's situation is different, and the time and intensity of being in power cannot be the same. Some people passed in an instant, with great force and great vibration. Some people spend a little longer on supervision, and the intensity is not great. Most of them passed the governor in about ten days.

? 3. effect. After Tong Du, you breathe the true qi into the abdomen and into your mind, but don't pursue it deliberately, forming a cycle of Ren Du for a while, which is called "Zhou Xiaotian" by the health care community. Only in this case, can we feel the actual situation of "breathing essence, independent wake". The true qi constantly nourishes the brain marrow, and the instinctive strength of the cerebral cortex is enhanced. Neurological symptoms such as dizziness, tinnitus, insomnia, forgetfulness, backache and leg weakness, irregular menstruation, mental trance, irritability, palpitation, shortness of breath and loss of libido caused by kidney essence deficiency and endocrine disorders can all be improved. Long-term persistence can lead to recovery. Because the meridians are unobstructed, some chronic diseases that can't be cured for many years can also be cured quickly with obvious effects. Generally speaking, he is energetic and light.

Step 5: Shen Yuan preserves its strength and breeds vitality.

? The so-called Yuan God is the instinctive power of the brain to regulate and control. Against knowing god. Knowing God is a conscious mental state. Yuan God and knowing God are the relationship between body and use, Yuan God is the body and knowing God is the use. The fourth step, the channels and collaterals have been opened, and the kidney qi continuously irrigates the brain marrow, constantly supplementing Shen Yuan's strength. Only when the heart governs the gods and the heart shines on the brain can it play its comprehensive regulatory role.

About a month or so, all kinds of touching phenomena in the body can gradually disappear, leaving only the strength of the lower abdomen and upper abdomen more concentrated and powerful.

? 3. effect. According to the performance of the body, especially the magnetic attraction between Dantian and Baihui points on the top of the head, the instinctive strength of the cerebral cortex is enhanced, and the endocrine is coordinated and vigorous. This power is tangible and colorful. The deeper the kung fu, the more obvious and lively it is, the more it can regulate the physiological function of the whole body and the more abundant the true qi is. It can constantly compensate and enhance the metabolic function of the body and give full play to the potential strength of the body. Due to vigorous vitality and enhanced immunity against diseases, general pathogenic factors can be reduced or even avoided, and the original chronic diseases can be improved or cured. Persisting in exercise can achieve physical and mental health and prolong life.

? The above five steps are the general situation in the process of running Qi-keeping exercise (static exercise). In practice, because everyone's physique is different and the specific situation is different, the effect and performance vary from person to person. In view of this, exercise should be natural and flexible, and should not be restrained deliberately; At the same time, we must be patient and persistent, and we must not let ourselves go. This is the key to success.
