When the wine was drunk, Su Dongpo pulled out a new treasure knife, tried it on the bluestone beside a drinking crane spring in the mine field, and even cut it three times, leaving a deep knife mark on the bluestone. There is a new honey cake that is very delicious, but it has no name yet. Many friends asked Su Dongpo to name it a snack. Seeing that the cake was golden yellow and had three scratches on its surface, he casually replied, "Three knives for honey."

Later, Su Dongpo's "Honey Three Knives" became famous for a while, and tea shops and pastry shops in Xuzhou rushed to make them. After hundreds of years of circulation, the formula and technology of Xuzhou bee honey three knives have reached the perfect state. About Xuzhou people have a special liking for Xuzhou honey three knives because of their reverence for Su Dongpo. When Emperor Qianlong of the Qing Dynasty passed by Xuzhou in the south of the Yangtze River for three times, he named Xuzhou House to send someone to Taikang, a century-old shop.

Later, Fan Ceng, a military adviser, ordered the chef to make a claw-shaped snack with flour, which was filled with honey and maltose, and became a famous scenic spot in the palace of the State of Chu. With the change of time, the former Forbidden City gradually evolved into a famous specialty snack in the ancient city of Xuzhou. Because it is shaped like two horns on the head of a polar sheep, and it is filled with syrup made of honey and sugar, it tastes fragrant and sweet.

Authentic Xuzhou dialect reads "naked touch", and the homonym is actually "touch" (with allusions). Steamed buns come from Xuzhou, Jiangsu. As a kind of pasta originated in Xuzhou, steamed stuffed bun has a history of more than two thousand years. Due to the convenient transportation, this kind of pasta is widely circulated in the Central Plains, and there are also many varieties in Zhengzhou, Luoyang, Anhui and other places. Han Xin's allusion to the woman's "touching casually" is an orthodox pronunciation.

Lao Mo is a thick cake, which has something to do with Zhuang Mo. It was originally a big and thick cake, but it was made into thin dough in a hurry and eventually became its own.
