Li Shaobo, a young teacher, studied breathing and guiding qi, promoting qi and recuperating, Huangdi Neijing, Daodejing and Yijing from his grandfather. And study Chinese medicine theory and various health essentials. After decades of personal practice, I deeply understand that medical classics are Tao and Taoist classics are medicine, all for strengthening the body and prolonging life. Since the 1930s, he has been practicing medicine in Lanzhou, Beijing and other places, and his medical ethics have been well received by the masses. In the early days of the founding of New China, he engaged in medical work in Tibetan areas of Gansu Province, vigorously promoted Chinese medicine and acupuncture, and made great contributions to the medical and health undertakings in this area. Since 1960s, he has worked in Gansu Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Gansu College of Traditional Chinese Medicine successively, serving as chief physician and professor, director of the Institute of Qi-Qi, and member of the 5th CPPCC of Gansu Province. Through scientific experiments and popularization, the method of promoting qi circulation has been proved to be able to prevent and treat diseases, strengthen the body and prolong life, and won the scientific and technological award for clinical verification of the method of promoting qi circulation by the Health Department of Gansu Province. He has published monographs such as the Law of Promoting Qi and the Theory of Promoting Qi, which are welcomed by readers. Qi Operation Method won the National New Long March Excellent Popular Science Works Award and the first prize of Gansu New Long March Excellent Popular Science Works, and was awarded the Excellent Book Award by Gansu Provincial Party Committee and Gansu Provincial People's Government.
